A recepção foi perfeita, já cheguei tamanho um belo vinho e foram super atenciosos comigo

Localização perfeita...atendimento impecável...porem acho que o café da manhã merece cuidados e mimos que são caracteristicos da serra Gaucha...o que faria um diferencial

Limpeza dos quartos em locais de muita umidade deve ser pensada, mais focada em pacientes alérgicos...limpeza visando aspiração de ácaros...limpeza de áreas com tecidos etc

Location is the strong point of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere is great. The rooms are relatively small but sufficient. There is no central heating and the gym looks abandoned. The service is excellent and deserves praise. Adequate garage.

Staff at reception was very proactive and supportive. Location is excellent

We had a family in the room but with insufficient towels and soap. For example we have asked for additional soap directly to the cleaning person and it was not available even after a confirmation it would be there. In addition to this, we have missed a kids play room.

A very friendly environment that was very welcoming and accommodating! Very clean and modern.

Check-in enjoying a glass of red wine - at 11 AM! Staff super hospitable and competent, clean and spacious room, amenities by “Boticario”, very nice touch. Excellent location! Tourist attractions such as the church and the covered street, along with shops and nice restaurants, at short walking distance, Breakfast was a true southern “café colonial”, difficult even to choose among the incredible variety of cakes, pies, pastries, bread, fruits, juices, hot drinks, even sparkling wine was available at the buffet!

As we occupied a room on the second floor facing the street, it was a little noisy in the morning. But not enough to be really annoying. Next time I’d choose a higher floor though…

Solely location.

Very small and VERY noisy rooms. We moved from street to side of hotel as we would have had no sleep. Housekeeping was extremely loud early in the mornings working in other rooms and talking or yelling on radios. For $175 a night and our anniversary, we wanted it to be special--nothing close to that.
