This home has great parking for pickups, trailers and jeeps, RZRs etc. It was a comfortable home for us, centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Stayed for Winter 4x4 jamboree. Plenty of parking for 2 trailers, two trucks and 5 jeeps. If you’re jeeping sand hollow, stay here!

This Vrbo comfortably fit everyone, was one of the most well stocked homes we’ve been in, and was located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of room outside for the kids to play.
The house was really nice and everything was very comfortable. It was close to grocery stores, gas stations, and not a far drive to anywhere in St George. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property for our annual riding trip. As usual, an awesome experience. The perfect location and a great set up with tons of space to relax. A few of a made the comment this time around that it just feels like home. We will be back next year as long as it’s available for the week we need it! Big thanks to Bill for making our stay worry free.

Property is nice and close to the park.... pretty nice neighborhood, just the check out was a little to early and special we call.the managed to see if we can stay couple more hr because we get there after 9pm

Great location
This property is located close to Sand Hollow state park and only 15-20 minutes from St. George and an hour from Zions. Very comfortable, nice neighborhood, and well kepted. Will definitely come back. Thanks to the owner.

Beautiful Home
My group of 8 adults and 2 kids loved this home. It was big enough that it never felt crowded and it had everything you could think of in the kitchen for every meal we prepared. Communication with the owner was very easy and almost immediate when we wanted to check in a day early. The kitchen was a little dirty on arrival but we did check in a day early.
There are only queen and single size beds, no king size beds and the beds were spring mattresses. Not a big deal just something I haven’t slept on in years and it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall still 5 stars.

This property was just as described and met all of our needs.
Very clean with lots of space.
Very well appointed with paper products, soaps, shampoos, etc..
It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies available beyond dish soap though.

Everything was great! Location and property were both perfect for our stay. House was very clean and the owner was responsive. 10 mins from Sand Hallow and about 45 mins from Zion. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful House in Dixieland
The property was as advertised. The kitchen was great for our family and our in laws. Plenty of rooms and a bbq which made evenings outside so enjoyable.

SxS Getaway
The house was perfect for what we were needing. It was very big and spacious. Location was perfect just minutes away from Sand Hollow State park. We will definitely be staying here when we come back in the fall.

Great Stay
Great house and was perfect for our group. There was a house being built directly behind us and woke us up very early, which was kind of annoying, especially being on vacation. Obviously not the fault of the property owners. Other then that it was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was a great stay!!!
