The standard room was nice. Next they shifted us to a deluxe room at a higher price which we were willing to pay because the first experience was good. It went downhill from the next day.

The room was unclean. The sheets were stained. They hadn't changed the duvet cover. There are dirty footprints on the wall. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No water in the bottles. No kettle. We came back at 9.00 pm and found the room in this state. We called the desk reception. The man came in and first said he can't see the stains. Only discoloration. So we took photographic evidence. Then he sent two male staff from the kitchen to change the sheets. They came and dropped the clean sheets on the ground. When we pointed this out, the men sheepishly told us, ma'am, we're kitchen staff we dont know how to do this. So we landed up having to change our own sheets and duvet cover in the middle of the night. There was no toilet roll. The one that he came and gave us had insects stuck on it. Next morning, the reception staff didn't listen to us. We went away . Now that we are trying to check out. Although the female staff called Annie is sympathetic and apologised, we are still waiting. And they are telling us to pay full price.

The location was perfect, near the shops and the beach. The restaurant Koriandet was excellent an cheap

The staff was not willing to help us with ATM problems. That was the only downside.

The property was well located for all of the attractions in the area. The Chinese fishing nets and many restaurants only a short walk. The other local attractions in the area were within walking distance or a tuk tuk. Breakfast was adequate, there was omelette and toast or local Kerala breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Internet was very poor and was always being repaired, we were lucky to make our onward booking. you had to request your room to be cleaned, which did not happen during our stay.

good view and clean amenities, comfy bed and friendly staffs. Receptionist- Annie is just outstanding with her well polished behavior.

Room was big enough but we have to use mask when we sleep because of massive dust and spider webs, mosquitos, some small bugs came up on the bed. i asked anti bug something but nothing i could get and some facilities on booking.com page are not there even hair dryer

I paid by Visa card, asked them pay by indian INR. But he paid via US dollar and give me ""additional 5.4 US dollar exchange tax"" but!! They say they have no mistake🤣 Furthermore, I asked i wanna pay by cash but The old man ''D'' manager(?) said he never want to cancel card pay for me🤯 He said i, myself should solve this problem with the bank and go to bazzar for arguing! That's why I angry of them besides of the small tax. After the police came up, they give me the difference and that's ended. and there's no sorry from D manager and he made me write this long review for the first time. (just 1month intern Francis's sorry and caring) Foreigners!! Be sure to check your reciept😄!! .

Stuff is kind and helpful, excellent location, nice and clean room

Dexter and Frances were super kind and helpful and the room was really peaceful with a big and very comfy bed. We even got a surprise balcony! Honestly such a delight after a very long day of travelling

Everything was fab

Facility was very clean, big room, closer to many cafes, shop and beaches.

More toiletries could have been provided for travelers. Please carry your own tooth brushes, shampoos and lotions.

Hotel is good with good eateries all around. Breakfast also was good.

Overall, this is a great place for families. Safe, clean and Dexter was super helpful.

Location of the hotel is 2 mins from the coast. Local breakfast was yummy😊

Restaurant and bars are a bit far away (10-20mins) walk from the hotel, however there's a few next to the hotel (would have to remortgage the house to eat there everyday though). Will recommend the local restaurants.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Helped us a lot.
