My only criticism was the incense that was put in the room was far too strong for the area it was placed in. There are no windows in the sleeping area and the smell from the incense lingered in the bedroom for the duration of my stay (4 days).

Apartment was very clean and fully equipped.

We were staying at the ground floor/basement apartment. Looking at the website photos it wasn't clear to me that the bed is placed at the basement where there is a lot of moisture and it doesn't have windows. It is an open space and has an air conditioning above the bed but still the smell of moisture is very intense and it it suffocating to sleep there. I had a really hard time sleeping because I'm an asthmatic and was grasping for air almost all night long. I'm sure the other apartment is great but this one not so much. It is visible that the owner is trying hard to make things work in this apartment but it's really very hard to sleep in a basement.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would add would be plug adapters for chargers and such. Since I came from another country, the phone charger plug did not match the wall plug and so I wasn’t able to charge it. I suggest maybe to add an adapter for this. Many thanks, I really enjoyed it.

The mini-apartment was very nice, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a kitchen on the ground floor, and a comfortable bed and a small bathroom in the basement. Two large windows in the ground floor fill the room with light, although the view is not great. There are many cafes and breakfast posts in the surroundings (not much else). Good value for money: compared to other solutions, this was cheaper yet with good quality.

The basement is full of annoying (but harmless) mothflies. There were no additional towels to substitute the ones given at entrance (my stay was for four nights). Most of the business in the surroundings are shut down and many houses seem lifeless.

Location and the available parking slot

There were no curtains. Where was privacy?

Location is quite well. Metro station i s in 10 min by walking. The machines and apartment tools are adequate to make the guests comfortable. The owner is well organise for check-in procedures and always answered our questions quickly. There many cafes, restaurants, marketsi banks, post office near by the building.

There was a little humidity in the apartment but it did not bother us so much. There is a point which we should warn the future guests that we parked our car on the street and got 40 Euros parking fine(penalty) since we have parked to the residence spot and we did not know it. Checking the signboard carefully is highly reccomended.

The building is safe and the public transportation is not too far. Even when the street is busy with traffic it is still quiet in the appartment if the windows are shut. The appartment has two nice balconies, the furniture is relatively new.

The bathroom could be cleaner, the windows definitely need curtains!
