Fantastic hotel with friendly personnel. The breakfast was tasty with reach choice food. There is a playground and kids' room with tons of toys. Our daughter was very excited about that. We had a lovely time there.

The bathroom in our room was too small.

Nice large room with balcony. Large bathroom. Air- conditioning. Very nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast for very little money with great choice of good quality food.

The facilities at the hotel were simply excellent. Amazing buffet breakfast with variety of choice from scrambled eggs and different type of sausages to salads, cheeses and pancakes and doughnuts. Drinks tea and coffee available all day until 10pm. Sauna available all the time with prior booking, pool table, games room.

- the towels were not changed at all, when we asked they told us that they change it for free every three days, however, they didn't do it, - nobody checked the COVID Certificate, even though it was required at this point, - nobody wore a mask inside,

breakfast was pretty poor for such a posh hotel. Nothing all that fresh or no toast.

Lack of lunch / dinner food for vegetarians.

Staff were ok, good breakfast. We did not use them but the sauna and hot tub looked good. Balcony was nice.

The room was a L shape and the bed was in the corner of the L giving only access to one side luckily we had 2 single beds together and could pull them apart but this then gave a tight access to the room. The hotel appears to be fairly new so it could of been designed better. For hygiene reasons we like fresh towels every day. As there was no house keeping we asked for fresh towels every day, on the third day we told " for a 3 night stay you only get 2 sets of towels, if you want a 3rd set you will have to pay 20 PLN ". Pretty ordinary I think. The last 2 nights should be discounted for the lack of house keeing.

Fantastic central location, comfortable room with amazing view ,affordable prices ,yummy food, rent car for 10%Off and easy parking! Plus very helpful and friendly staff! We got the room on the third floor, and it was not too warm (in the summer), which was a plus. The staff was friendly, breakfast with a lot of options, parking on-site. Also, it was very close to the Terma Bania.

In our room, the floor in the shower had a strange angle. You had to be careful when taking a shower. Not sure if that's a thing in other rooms. Apart from that, everything was great.

The room service did not clean the room for 4 days! They did not change the towels of though the rubbish. Unacceptable for such a price
