Hot and stuffy room couldn't open windows properly to get ventilation in.

Good location for going to the pleasure Beach and far enough away from the pier for the noise not to affect you but still within walking distance.

Missing handle on the bathroom door.

the owner gockay was very nice and friendly couldn’t do enough for you tried his very best ,pool table and bar were good! breakfast nice! free parking outside hotel! beds were quite comfy.

smelt funny, was very dated needed some work and tlc. the room was tiny for 5 people we felt trapped, the carpet was lifting and looked like it had not been hoovered ever! the stairs to get to the room were a killer and concerned me for fire issues! the shower was awful! generally the hotel just needs some work!

not find any issues, very good value for the money

this property is not as advertised, rooms are dirty, damp, black mould in various areas around the room, run down and unsafe with exposed wires, holes in walls, broken toilet seat, stained sheets/mattresses. The bar area and restaurant however were clean and a large breakfast was provided

Room was a little on the small side and cold on arrival but acceptable for a short stay.

Nothing, what a poor excuse for a hotel, the first night, there was no t.v working, no shower, we booked in, we paid top dollar for a Deluxe room with a sea view, what a joke, plastic rotten panels on the windows, and the hotel said, what did we expect to sea, HELLO THE SEA, listen do not go to this place, its as rough as as a badgers, 7 flights of stairs no lift, oh listen if you want a nice break, give this one a miss, I have written confirmation, that they will pay me £105.00 back for cancellation, not a chance they will pay, having to go to small claims court, BE WARNED...

Mattress uncomfortable. Walls quite thin so could hear the people next door very loudly.

Bed mattress needs replacing as springs coming through and bathroom door had a hole in it.

The host, it was warm, comfortable and friendly.

Couldn’t get hot water from bathroom tap. Mattress has seen better days.

A bit two far away from what we went to do .

location was great away from the hustle and bustle, tram stop right outside. the owner was lovely and really helpful. the room was ok, a little tlc needed but bed was comfy ,tea and coffee in room ,breakfast was amazing and good value for money😊

the only thing was the noisy neighbours in rooms above, could have been a bit quieter whist getting ready at 6-20am in the morning, it sounded like there was a herd of elephants up there and the walls are very thin so take ear plugs like I did incase of snorers😬
