Beautiful well equipped home in a lovely quiet location. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Just wish it could have been longer.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was exceptional. Just couple of hiccups - the property manager did not respond to texts or messages at all during our stay. The microwave stopped working on the second morning and was a huge inconvenience, specially for heating leftovers. We tried to communicate with the property manager but no luck. Other issue was that the hot water ran out on the second morning, after just 3 quick showers. Not sure why.
Apart from that, Would highly recommend this lovely home!

This lovely, quiet stay was a great place for our family and teenage friends. Plenty of room, clean and had everything we needed. Would of loved to stay longer but had to come back to work. Thank so much. Jason & Yvonne.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our group was a size of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids and we had enough space for everyone to congregate and play board games and eat meals together but then quiet space when we needed it.
The photos do not do this properly justice, you are only a couple of minutes to the shops or Acacia Bay but you feel completely in the country. The gardens are size of the gardens are beautifully landscaped and enjoyed our daily walks through them and around the neighbourhood. The house is well designed, clean and amazing! Would recommend any family or group of friends booking here.

We were 7 friends staying in New Zealand for the first time. Peace and tranquility is the perfect name. The only thing was that it said 3 baths,and it was actually 2, but we still had the best time. I would stay their again.

When we drove up the drive we could tell we were staying in a stunning house. The pictures do not do it justice. It is amazing. The house has everything you need and the gardens are beautiful. Beds are very comfortable and lovely linen. Three couples so plenty of areas to sit and relax. We loved our stay and hope to return one day. Thank you.

We had a family wedding nearby which made the property an excellent choice due to proximity.
The semi rural aspect was lovely and quiet.
The home is beautifully maintained and very cosy.
Having a BBQ, Sky and wifi kept everyone happy.
The property was excellent for family and friends to stay with comfortable bedrooms,and plenty of space for all.

This is a well appointed location to most amenities, it has a at home appeal as soon as you walk in the door. It has everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable for a group of 6 to 8. Would be looking for this property next time.

All amenities in house, big section and lots of concrete and off street parking.
Decks on either side of lounge / kitchen.
Hosts brilliant to communicate with. All went smoothly without any drama. Highly recommended A+++

The home is very spacious, tidy and has all the comforts of your own house!
We really enjoyed how well stocked it is with everything you may need - even a high chair and portacot for our 1 year old!
We brought our own portacot just in case, but this house is family friendly for all ages!
The grounds are the most developed and well manicured of the whole neighborhood and we also enjoyed walking through with the kids, eating a few feijoas from the tree and seeijg Booboo the chicken roaming.
Our baby Ayla really loved the aviary as well with the birds as well!
Very close to Taupo as well, even good delivery from restaurants was available too, which was great on a rainy day.
Everything was clean, tidy and easy to access.
Will definitely stay again and bring a few others of the family to enjoy just a spacious and lovely home away from home!

Very nice house. Spacious with a lovely lawn and outdoor areas. Peaceful and quiet location. A great place to unwind and relax. A couple of friendly chooks to check in on ones wellbeing occasionally, too.

The setting in this cute semi rural community was a pleasure. The evenings were so peaceful, the only problem was that it wasn’t long enough. We could all have stayed for another week. Absolutely will recommend to families or groups of friends.
