We were looking for a home base for the Old Port Half Marathon. The unit was just as described. Very clean. Extremely comfortable and very well decorated. We easily walked to everything Old Port had to offer. The host were very communicative with very helpful information. We would love to stay here again.

Celebrated Thanksgiving in this well appointed property. Great location across from food coop. Communication with hosts was seamless. Would definitely recommend this property.

My group was only in Portland for a short two days but we had a wonderful time and this listing was perfect for our needs! The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Location can't be beat and the whole place was very cute. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be renting again!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend/girls’ trip and found it very clean and comfortable. It also was very walkable to the old port area and many great restaurants and shops. It also was a quick drive to the airport and convenient to get out of the city for day trips to Kennebunkport, etc. Tyler and Isabella were responsive hosts and checked on us during our stay. It is an urban property so families should consider that there is fairly busy activity outside the home and a noticeable homeless population. But we did not have any problematic interactions.

Fun and eclectic, clean and BIG apartment in Old Port. Upon check in we discovered the window AC unit in the loft wasn’t functioning. The hosts were very responsive, and sent someone to fix it immediately. Unfortunately, that fix only lasted a day or so. He offered to send someone back to take another look, but since my son decided he didn’t want to sleep in the loft anyway, it was a non-issue at that point. I appreciated our hosts high level of reachability and responsiveness. We really enjoyed the apartment’s proximity to Eventide, Honeypaw, and many many other fantastic Portland restaurants. We took a day trip to Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, which was amazing (find the trolls!), and could return to the city without worrying about a parking spot in the street since we were provide one in the home’s driveway. This really was a plus visiting the city in the summer. A couple minor notes to mention: the large front bedroom did not have its own window AC unit. I do feel that this should have been explicitly disclosed. It would not have been an issue if we were comfortable sleeping with the bedroom door open, but since we were traveling with other people and the door to the front bedroom connects to the living room, it was not ideal. Also, a teeny tiny investment into a full length mirror would make such a big difference! Ultimately we had wonderful few days visiting our favorite city. Thank you to our hosts!

Great place to stay in Portland. We were there for SwimRun Casco Bay and it's perfectly located to a ton of great restaurants and bars. Tyler was a phenomenal host and the property is perfect for a family or a couples trip. Loved staying here. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay! Walking distance to Old Port and pretty much everything we wanted to see. Very convenient having a Walgreens across the street as well.

We loved our stay in this spacious apartment with an ideal location for walking to almost everything in downtown Portland. Things we particularly liked: surprisingly quiet for city location, comfortable air conditioning, 3 comfortable bedrooms, extra towels, grocery store and coffee shops moments away. Owners were very responsive. We'd stay here again in a minute. Every VRBO property has tradeoffs and two things to know. It's a second floor unit, so you need to be comfortable climbing a flight of stairs. And apartment has one nice bathroom, but if your group is maxed out on teenagers that could be an issue. Otherwise, great spot!

Isabella and Tyler have a wonderful spot in the perfect location for exploring Portland! We had a great time and we’re able to walk easily to the waterfront, Old Port, and the many delicious restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend if you are staying in Portland!

Great place to stay in Portland. Place was clean and easy to walk anywhere in town. Parking near the place was free, but hard to find.

I enjoyed my stay in Portland. I lived here for many years and it was great to come back. The property is in an excellent location and on street parking was very easy and I had no trouble finding spots during my stay. The unit is clean and very well decorated with anything you need.

This was an excellent property. We were comfortable for 4 days over Christmas. We prepared meals, played games, and watched movies in comfort. We were particularly pleased with the Christmas tree! We put our presents around it and it felt like Christmas! Thank you to our hosts.

This was an amazing stay for our first time in Portland. The house was spacious, clean and so inviting. The hosts made everything effortless and even left a few goodies for us. Little gestures that we truly appreciated.

We had a great time at Tyler's place. It was super clean, well equipped, prime location (We literally walked everywhere from here. We never needed to get in the car. Having the food co-op and Walgreen's across the street was so convenient.) Tyler was always quick to respond to my emails. Check in was so easy. Front bedroom was so big and nice that we had to draw straws to see which of us would get it. That bed was the best with nice memory foam. The other two bedrooms were good too...no issues. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and quilts were nice. Shower was great...water pressure is a big deal to me. It was wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment was the perfect Portland getaway for our family of two couples and an infant. We had plenty of room for spreading out and the additional loft space was nice for extra privacy. Our daughter loved the furnishings--warm and eclectic, but not overdone. The large dining table was great for meals and for laptop/workspace. We walked to the Eastern Promenade, the breweries, the theatre, the art museum, Old Port...just about every place we wanted to go to in downtown Portland, and the food co-op right across the street was a nice bonus. Add to this the very accommodating owners, and our stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to return.

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and parking on the street at night was usually available. Lots of space in the apartment too.

68 Hampshire is the perfect central location to all that Portland has to offer, walkable to myriad shops, restaurants, the water, and more. A full kitchen, big rooms and dining area, it’s great for a weekend stay to a week or more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very helpful, the apartment was very clean and had all the amenities listed, plus it was located in a very central location. We hope to stay there again!

We had a great stay and highly recommend this property. The location is awesome and allows you to walk everywhere. It's clean and has a really cool artsy style to it. It's super roomy and welcoming. Everything we needed was already available for us to use in the rental. We loved it!

Great apartment, check in was super simple and aprartment was spotless and well furnished. What stood out about this place is the location. We were within a 10 minute walk of almost everything we wanted to see and do in Portland.

Pictures don’t it justice! Plenty of space, well decorated and loved the nice touch of fresh flowers and Allagash White! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was parking. Having to move every 2 hours if you parked close to the unit was an area that had to be managed and planned out.

Couldn't have been located in a better spot. Ease of access to pretty much everything and everywhere we went. Very walkable. Place itself was very clean and had a ton of charm. If we ever make it back to Portland, we will try to book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Portland at Tyler’s VRBO on Hampshire St. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would definitely recommend it. As well, it was within easy walking distance of the East and West ends. The kitchen was nice, and we enjoyed the outside deck. We liked the Food Co-op right across the street. The master bed was a tad too soft for our tastes. Overall we had a great visit for a week.

Loved staying in this extra clean house for our quick trip through Portland. Extremely close to bars and restaurants. Lots of character and a nice change from chain hotel rooms! Highly recommend!

Wow, what a beautiful place! Easy walking distance from many places to eat and explore. We enjoyed morning walks near the wharf out to the Eastern Promenade each day and went kayaking out to Ft. Gorge on a beautiful day! Tyler was a great communicator and I highly recommend this apartment! 5 Stars!
