We literally cannot say enough positive things about Cindy’s beach front penthouse! From the moment we walked through the door it was breathtaking and a vacation week our family will cherish forever! The space itself is HUGE- room for everyone and everything- the balcony was a favorite spot for early morning dolphin sightings and before bedtime sunsets! The kitchen was extremely well stocked- kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space. The chair and umbrella rental included is a huge plus- and Brady at the beach rental was super accommodating when we wanted to pay to have additional chairs added to our set up. Navarre beach is gorgeous- the pier was a very fun feature- we spent our days in the water, playing in the sand, walking the sugar white sand beaches. Cindy was an exceptional host and we would be thrilled to stay here again!

The condo and property was a perfect location! The condo had all the amenities we needed plus more! It was thoughtfully furnished and stocked and you can tell the owners really care that you have a great stay. The beds were so comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. We enjoyed the beach chair/umbrella service and got to know the guys running it. The whole property is super clean and very easy to move about. We will definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for our family of six. We have two adults, and four kids ages ranging from 11-1. The condo was the perfect location, complete with truly everything we needed for the kids/baby, including pack n play, beach toys, baby plates/cups. The beach was gorgeous and the 2 included chairs/umbrella was a bonus. Beautiful balcony view, perfect for morning coffee. Check in was a breeze, parking was great and communication easy. Cannot say enough good things about the whole trip/experience.

WOW… doesn’t even come close to the views from the patio and the how nice the PH Condo was, everything was marvelous and all the beds were comfy!!!! The pool is so much bigger in person and so relaxing! Can’t say enough about this rental. One of the best First Responders Girls Trips yet !!! Thanks again for opening up your home.

The Penthouse at Beach Colony was great. We enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained and this condo is lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The beach chair service was nice to have. The owner was great with communication. We did not have any issues with and not one complaint about this property. We look forward to staying here again!

First time visiting Navarre. Condo was beautiful, well-equipped with everything we needed, and just a short walk to the beach. Water was gorgeous. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Owners were wonderful to work with and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again and hope to visit again next year!

This was one of the best family vacations. The location was great. My boys loved playing at the beach and swimming in the ocean. A huge bonus was the beach toys! We even saw dolphins from our balcony. Do not hesitate, boo this place. It is a quiet, relaxing oasis away from the busyness of Destin, but close enough to visit!

Husband, son and I stayed in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed to cook meals in and not have to eat out every meal. Master bed was extremely comfortable and has sliding glass door to balcony as well. You can see ocean view as well as coastline view to the west from the balcony. Quick elevator ride to the 18th floor. On top of groceries you will want to also purchase or bring a few extra garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper if you are staying a full week or more. We would stay here again for sure! Perfect location between 2 bigger cities to be close enough to get out to shop, eat, explore but far enough to be out of too much and be more secluded. The beach was fantastic, you could see dolphins multiple days. There were beach towels and sand toys provided already. There is also a little community box heading to the beach with toys to use as well. Having the beach chair service was very convenient and made the stay that much easier heading to the beach.

The property was amazing! Super beautiful, clean, and spacious. The owner was so easy to work with. The water was absolutely beautiful. Local food was tasty. 10/10 recommend this property.

My family and I (kids 5,3,1) had a great time at this condo. It was a great location with a large pool, beach with chairs, lots of extra toys in the condo as well as provided by the building. The kitchen was fully stocked with everyone you'd need - including plates, bowls and silverware for kids. Not all units provide free access to the chair service so that was an added treat. We had an issue with the front door but the owners were quick to respond with a resolution. We would definitely stay here again! Only 'con' comments I would make are that the dishwasher seems a bit old and didn't actually dry the dishes. This may be normal but there was only one kitchen trash bag, which, with a family of 5, was not enough for a 3 day stay. The jets on the jacuzzi didn't work but we were just going to turn them on for the kids as they've never seen anything like that (though this could have been user error). The building doesn't allow you to actually keep anything outside the door but you also can't/don't want to track sand into the unit so we were at a little bit of a loss as to what to do with the beach wagon and sand toys we had. Overall no real deal breakers or impact to our stay!

This place was perfection. It was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The property manager was top notch. My family had an amazing time, and we can’t wait to go back! Book it! You will not regret it!

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was nicely furnished and had a well appointed kitchen. The view was great and the location excellent, with easy access to the beach and pool. Cindy, the host was so kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions promptly, and couldn’t have been nicer. We had a wonderful time!

Spotless. And I mean SPOTLESS. Our entire stay was just beautiful. The balcony view was AMAZING. The unit is very tastefully done and seems updated in every room. The linens were crisp and so fresh...we were all so delighted. Sand was white and the water was blue. We will be back! Go to Broussards - the food was DELISH!

My husband and I went with a group of friends and stayed here for our mutual friends destination wedding. It was spotless and the view is to die for. Word of advise for future visitors, if you have a lifted or taller then normal truck or vehicle, it will not fit in the provided parking garage, the garage is very very low. There is oversized vehicle parking provided, but there is a limited number of parking spots for them. That was the only small issue we came across. Other then that it was beautiful and the condo fit our needs.! Thanks Cindy and Family!

This condo was perfect for us! Each room was spacious with a bathroom and room throughout the condo to spread out. WiFi was good in all areas of the condo and the games and cards provided were appreciated. When we needed to contact the owner she was prompt in her response and quite helpful. The views from the balcony were wonderful! We got to see the sunset every night. When we went down there the water was incredibly clear. We would definitely book this condo again!

The owner (Cindy) was great she communicated with me when I got there and was willing to help if I needed it. The Condo was beautiful and very neat and clean and the view of the Ocean was breathtaking. I will be booking with Cindy again.

We were very pleased with the condo. It’s roomy, comfortable and well equipped. We like to make our own breakfast and lunch, and the kitchen was fantastic. The deck is roomy and has many chairs and a couple of tables. We really enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning, and happy hour there at night. The master shower is great-very roomy. We loved the beach service and sand room downstairs. It made going to the beach really easy. We would definitely stay there again.
