Gute solide Unterkunft
Sehr bürokratischer Empfang, sehr laut, durch Geschiebe von Stühlen im Speiseraum. Sehr viele Treppen.

Das Hotel Casablanca war die ideale Unterkunft für einen goldenen Herbsturlaub.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit weshalb wir uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt haben.
Der Speisesaal bietet genug Platz und hier wurden uns täglich andere, sehr leckere Speisen am Buffet angeboten, aber auch das Frühstück war sehr gut!
Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, weniger als 10 Gehminuten sind es zum Strand und in knapp 5min ist man am Plaza Ponsa wo es zahlreiche Shops und Restaurants wo für jeden was dabei ist.
Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist sehr zu erwähnen, alle Bereiche sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und auch die Reinigungsdamen halten die Zimmer sehr sauber!
Auch wenn die Zimmer keinen eigenen Safe haben, kann man bei der Rezeption günstig einen Safe bei der Rezeption mieten, der Bereich ist auch videoüberwacht.
Sehr praktisch und günstig, dass auch über das Hotel eine Kooperation für eine Autovermietung angeboten wird mit günstigen Konditionen, man muss nicht mal eine Vermietung suchen.
Alles in allem haben wir hier sehr schöne Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

Exceptional pool area, delicious food and friendly staff!
It wasn't clear during the booking that there is a need to pay for non alcoholic drinks on the half board option. Also there was a charge for the iron.

Room was spectacular, was cleaned beautifully every day and we are a messy lot! AirCon perfect, the way they have designed the pool area, really is like a paradise and I really loved that guests were fair with the sunbeds and there weren't any 'towel hoggers'. I was able to get a sunbed whenever I wanted. The Sangria at the bar is beautiful (a tad expensive). Book shelves with a selection of books to read and large lounges that are cool to relax in out of the heat. Beautiful area, absolutely loved a trip to Dragonera island and also western waterpark.
Had to pay to rent a kettle and although we never bothered (it was cheap) we should have as it would have made a difference to us. It would have been nice to have some vegan options at breakfast (teenage son who is a fussy eater as well as vegan). I enjoyed brekkie - fresh fruit, guy frying eggs for me and croissants at the ready. Our view wasn't great (looking at street) but someone had to have it and we had spectacular views when we walked along the coast anyway. We tried sitting on balcony one night and got bitten so didn't bother again. Not much live music in the area - some lovely bars. If you get a 6 euros taxi into the other side of Santa Ponsa to 'The Square', there is a lot of traditional 'English' entertainment, such as tat shops and a big stage with lots of tribute acts each night and children's entertainment and lots of kids rides. We did this on the last two nights.

Was told there would be someone on reception to phone a taxi for my airport transfer at 4am and no one there had to walk to the taxi rank with luggage

The appartment, renovated, clean and big enough for two adults and 1 small child. Nice balcony with a good view. Three clean swimming pools Friendly staff. Quiet street, but still close to everything.
The Breakfast was okay. The bread and the pancakes were not that fresh.

Very noisy. There is no noise cancellation at all. Room 207 is especially bad due to some utility room across it and the balcony is next to the stairs to the swimming pool. So lots of people are passing by very often. Also A/C constantly made weird noises. After all, we had to change the room because it was not possible to rest and sleep. But it was still very noisy in the early mornings
A bed's wooden headboard is terrible. I don't know who came up with the idea to add a thick plank on top of it, but it is impossible to lean on it to watch tv without smashing your head. It is only good to put a remote on this.

Wifi was barely working, the safe was not included - this was located in the lobby area and cost extra to use, house keeping was only every 3 days.

Brilliant short stay with my husband. We were in room 211, which was spacious, and in a really good position.
Apartment was spotlessly cleaned and very comfortable with a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool area, and over Santa Ponca itself, with a small side view of the sea.
We went half board. Meals were fabulous with a large choice for both breakfast and the evening meal. Waiting staff were efficient and really helpful.
It is a three star, so I understand why there isn't, but it would have been nice to have a kettle and drinks facilities.

Rooms slightly more basic than I am used to in terms of facilities eg safe in room, fridge / mini bar and water in room on arrival. having said this I understand Casablanca is a 3 star property and I am usually used to 4 star or higher. I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay and none of the above is a complaint, just a preference

Hotel was centrally located down a peaceful street. Local restaurants and bars within few minutes as well as the beach. The apartments were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great facilities. Free parking on the street outside
The only thing that could be improved would be to have an extra pillow. I am sure if we had asked we could have had one.

Everything about the apartments: the cleanliness, the pool areas, the location. All the staff from Reception to cleaning staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The WiFi was great and the usb points within the bedroom wall lights were great.
The cups - could do with larger cups for tea loving people.
