Hôtel très bien situé géographiquement, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Les deux piscines participent à rendre le séjour encore plus appréciable.

Des bruits très probablement dus au système d'entretien et de renouvellement de la piscine (?) sont perçus toutes les nuits. Les poubelles près de l'hôtel gâchent quelque peu le très belaspect de l'hôtel.

Maravillosa atención muy personalizada. La ubicación en Fira inmejorable para moverte por la isla sin necesidad de coche.

We arrived at the hotel after 9 a.m., leaving Crete. I had my 4 year old kid with me, and they didn't even try to accommodate us until after 1 pm. The receptionist was very unpleasant , not very welcoming, and needed to learn how to deal with the desk. I don't think she has any training in customer service as it relates to the hotel industry. Furthermore, we put a do not distrub sign, and they went into the room. Excuse was they needed the toddler bed for repairs. No one bothered to call. Said they did, but they didn't as the following day. When I asked for extended checkouts, I received a call from them saying the manager approved. I guessed it was approved because they entered the room the day before. Breakfast is very minimal. It's not a 5 star hotel. 3 star in my book. Basic room and bathroom, shower his open. We put $$$ euro for 2 nights. It's not worth it. Also saw the manager shouting at employees after returning at the front. Very unprofessional. He should not embrass his staff like that. He needs to read books on leadership and management. Maybe the employees will smile more. The black lady was always pleasant and had a smile on her face and the cleaning lady. I would not recommend staying for the above reasons.

A new well designed hotel with 2 swimming pools. Great location with decent staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a large balcony.

Very poorly designed bathrooms. Water floods the bathroom when you have a bath. Needs a shower curtain or cubicle

The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for experiencing the tourist areas.

The shower did not have a way to prevent water from going all over the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel with a great pool and 2 minute walk from one of the best views in Santorini. Highly recommend as great value for money

The location was excellent as were the staff. The pools are well maintained and a lovely place to relax. The food at the restaurant is lovely.

Housekeeping - although there are lots of people cleaning and house keeping was offered daily, it was not great. On the day we arrived I had to call reception and ask for someone to come and bring a broom. The room was full of other people’s hair all over. In the bathroom behind the door, corners and behind toilet seat it was really dirty and had to clean before we could use. There are were a few things in our room that are dated that could do with replacing, the sofa bed when pulled out was torn, chair in room was old dirty with stains and scuffs. The toilet had a specific way of being flashed or it didn’t work. Maintenance did come to fix it but we soon realised it needed a tactic which or it would keep breaking which was rubbish.

We had Cabana 1 and it was absolutely great!! Spacious, great design and walk right out to the pool. You can't beat the location right at the start of Fira and so close the bus station if you plan to travel around the island it's awesome. Helen at the Front Desk was so nice and helpful. All around great experience and hotel.

Complessivamente la collocazione della struttura strategicamente sita vicino ad un supermercato e una farmacia, camere ben arredate, il fatto che abbia due ampie piscine con annessi lettini apprezzabili .

Personale poco qualificato, mancanza di unione del team e di comunicazione, per l hotel di lusso quale voi decantate le pulizie non sono per nulla equiparate al vostro hotel, zero organizzazione le camere anche in hotel due stelle vengono pulite entro le due del pomeriggio, rispetto alla qualità prezzo ci si aspetta e sarebbe doveroso un cocktails di bevenuto , errori di comande soni inaccettabili ma pultroppo con uno staff non qualificato per il vostro standard di hotel succede, dovreste migliorare la vostra struttura aggiungemdo piccole cortesie come appunto un welcome drink, un cleannig rooms puntulale, e prezzi più accessibili per due spritz e due smoties 70 € sono essagerati, offrite un alcol drink aperitivo accompagnato da qualcosa da mangiare assieme al prezzo del vostro listino, allora cosi il cliente dice ok il prezzo è un po alto ma ho un servizio giusto e i clienti non andrebbero altrove.

Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and polite staff. Everything was spotless. The pool area was relaxing. It’s a nice spot for those looking to relax but also being central. Decent breakfast. Supermarket and chemist directly across from the hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the main square and bus station is 2-3 mins walk. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival is a lovely touch. Check in was seamless.

The pool bar/ restaurant was a little bit over priced. I only had 2 drinks out of it and we just got lunch/ dinner outside of the hotel.

Hotel is fantastic, beautifully kept, Pool area is amazing and so are the cocktails. Very relaxing atmosphere and the hotel is in a brilliant area, so close to the town with supermarket and chemist opposite the hotel. There was plenty to choose at breakfast time for all , including for our friend who is is dairy intolerant. Staff would obtain anything additional if asked.

We were told off for being noisy. Our room for 3 people was really a two person room (not enough storage and very small for 3 getting ready). Also we were only given 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 2 chairs on the balcony.

Location is close to the bus terminal. The surrounding is a bit sketchy. Room is very nice and the staff are super friendly. The pool relaxing area is very nice and clean.

The main pool is a bit cold to swim in late March. Otherwise it's perfect.

Room was really nice. I had asked for an upgrade which they gave us. We had our own private hot tub on the terrace. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Coffee & tea making facilities. Mini bar. Overall very happy with our room.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, super Mitarbeiter!!!! Die Ausstattungen der Zimmer war ok - aber nicht sehr gut. Wer ein gutes Standart Hotel sucht ist hier richtig!

Was ich unbedingt erwähnen muss ist, dass es so unglaublich viele fliegen am Pool gibt, die einem keine Ruhe lassen um sich zu entspannen. Es sei denn man geht bis zum Kopf in den Pool. Das war wirklich sehr nervig!! Das hotel liegt wohl in der Nähe der Mülldeponie, deswegen die ganzen Fliegen, Santorini muss das Problem in den Griff bekommen. Würde wegen den Fliegen nicht nochmal in das Hotel gehen. Caldera oder Oia empfehlenswerter.

The location and breakfast was good.

We had upgraded our room and there were many flys in our room. One day the maid service didn’t come. They also had booked us a boat trip which was cancelled and we were not told until we asked. The manager did end up getting us on boat but it was last minute.

Beautiful hotel with a spa like setting. The interior courtyard is a nice place to escape the crowds and relax by the pool or have a cocktail at the bar. The location is close to shops and restaurants so you won’t need a car if you are planning on staying in Fira.

The best location it could be. It is the center of Fira and 200 meters from the main bus station which leaves for all around the island. The staff is extra ordinary cordial. Literally amazed to find such team of workers, staff and manager. Hats off to Dina and Vaggelis for such hospitality. They made our trip so comfortable and gave all the required instructions with humbleness and love. The worker Ali was always on the go with a smile. Lovely training of everyone. The perfect location in Fira. Accesible and close to town. Beautiful modern hotel. Private jacuzzi was fabulous. Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers, car rental, etc. Would certainly recommend.
