One of the best hotel experiences we ever had! This place is so special, not only because of the amazing thoughtfully equipped bungalows (free water every day, AC, individual WiFi for every bungalow, a lot of space, separate living and kitchen space, separate bedroom, outside shower!, big spacious pool), the closeness to the beach (just across the street), sea view every morning at breakfast, great breakfast in general! it is like having the perks of an apartment and hotel combined in one beautiful place. Nancy is the most special hotel manager!! there is nothing she won’t be able to manage or organise for you. She is very invested in making your stay as pleasant as possible, making the athmosphere very familiar and comfortable from day one. The hotel is very easy to reach from the pier by a taxi for 100 baht. we will definitely come back!! thank you!!

We loved our stay. Lovingly managed hotel with beautiful apartments just in front of the beach.

Loved everything about this place! The villa was huge and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would need, great air con and a fabulous outdoor shower. It was very close to the beach, you just need to cross the road. The host Nancy was amazing and arranged our arrival, a sunset trip and the departure transfer.

The bedroom needs a mirror above the desk and an extra light to sit down and do your make up (the bathroom is too hot for this). The breakfast was ok but coffee needs improvement, latte was basically milk, hardly any coffee in it. These are only minor things.

I stayed 3 days in this hotel. Everything was perfect. Nancy and the staff were on top. If you have any demands or problems, Nancy is always available. The villa is clean and all the necessary furnitures are provided. You can enjoy the swimming pool or go the beach directly. Breakfast based on your preferences was a nice touch. Definitely I will return again. Thanks !

Very nice villas and a magnificent pool. The staff was outstanding and really helpful and the location was perfect, close to the beach and nice restaurants.

We had such a great stay ! The villa is really nice with everything you need. It's feels intimate. The outdoor is really beautiful. The beach is really nice and with an amazing view and beautiful sunrise. Nancy and all the people working there are so nice and helpful. It's quiet and yet you have different options of restaurants by foot. We love the island as well and the people.

Everything was perfect. Nancy, the manager, is the greatest person you will meet in Thailand. She has been very friendly, extremely helpful, very responsive, and made our trip unforgettable. She arranged beautiful trips to the surrounding islands and within Koh Yao Noi as well. We also had the best Christmas diner on the beach, organized by Nancy and her lovely staff. In addition, the villa is big and sound proof, we had very restful nights. I highly recommend to stay in Laguna Villas for a few days.

Directly opposite beach, great staff, very large pool, close to many well priced local restaurants, large rooms.

Some fixtures a little dated/worn, smallish kitchen facilities but plenty of great places to eat.

The location was excellent being near restaurants and beaches. The villas were spotlessly clean and very well managed. Lovely pool. Hi Nancy the Manager was really first class, could not have been more helpful, was completely responsive and she generally helped to make our stay. Our room over looking the pool and the sea was very spacious and comfortable.

Great place Nancy the manager is wonderful and will help you during your stay. I forgot my passport at phuket airport and she managed to call and helped me to have it back. Highly recommand

Nancy and her team were so helpful over the course of our stay at Luguna Villas. Always had helpful advice on local restaurants, trips, massages, etc

The weather wasn't great but Nancy gave us umbrellas to minimise the impact. Nothing can be done to mitigate the late September rain. At least it was warm rain, unlike back home.

Great location by the beach, very good sized rooms, super shower , WiFi and a/c and the swimming pool very special 😉 highly recommend

There were also some great restaurants within walking distance

It was extraordinarily helpful to have the transfer from Phuket Airport to the Villa arranged entirely by Laguna Villas for taxi to ferry, the ferry, then local taxi to the Villas. We were met at the airport, ferry and jetty on Koh Yao Noi, so all went so well. The same for the return, via ferry, to hotel on Phuket. Whilst at Laguna Villas, Villas Manager, Nancy and staff were incredibly helpful, arranged boat tours, island tour, kayaking, advised brilliantly on local eating places. All were good value for money and made the whole trip, with great villa with own pool, a total pleasure.

What a beautiful place! We stayed at the Villa Baya, which was huge, and we had our own private pool. Pool was super clean and we used it daily after a hot day of sightseeing or beaching. My favorite thing about the villa was the privacy - we couldn’t see neighbors or even hear them, as the villas are really spaced out well and surrounded by lush greenery full of tropical birds singing. Also the outdoor shower was a dream - beautiful, and again, very private. The amazing staff, especially Nancy and Sam o, we’re so kind and helpful and really lovely hosts. They arranged motorbike rental, taxi to the piers, everything. Our villa was immaculately cleaned daily, and we had everything we needed and more. The location is also fantastic - centrally located and walkable to many delicious restaurants. Highly recommend renting a very affordable motorbike thru Laguna to explore the beauty of the island. The roads are calm and beautiful along the sea. So much nature and kind hospitality at every turn on Yao Noi. A truly memorable vacation and we will return!
