I liked that the room was clean and had every basic necessity for a hotel stay. Check in and check out was hassle free since I booked through the app, and the staff was friendly and polite.

You have to pass through the waste storage of the Palengke and D’mall before you could get into the hotel. The garbage doesn’t really smell up to the hotel but the walk to the hotel from the main road was unpleasant.

I can't fault the staff! They were warm and genuine kind hearted. Very helpful and patient as I had external situation. More so Charismatic and know how to make you feel welcome. I hope the owners of the hotel read this as they are worth their weight in gold! Also with regards to the rooms spacious, clean and icy cold with AC. For the price It's more than reasonable. I doubt I'll be in Boracay again, but if I was would definitely stay back at Isla Gecko.. Thanks again to the staff for their help and efforts!

Very convenient location, very close to the best part of the beach and all major dining and shopping attractions, yet in a very quiet alleyway.

Great location - 2 minutes walk to the center of station 2 Great staff, very friendly despite the lack of electricity due to the recent typhoon staff remained positive and helpful the owner of the property even prepared a NEW YEARS EVE DINNER for all the guests that was a great touch , it was absolutely memorable One lady staff was so cheerful and helpful - i forgot her name , but she was an absolute delight !

everything was as expected

I love how the staff were very accommodating and helpful especially when I lost my swimwear. The room is acceptably clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and I love their instant coffee and eggs. The guest house was near enough to the beach but not exactly in front. They have hot and cold shower and the room was spacious.

Only the way going to the beach is the part I don't really look forward during my stay. The path to the beach was always muddy and its hard to navigate around it. Also, I hope they put hamper to each rooms, for wet clothes. They had hamper section on their 2nd level and 4th level. Unfortunately, my swimwear got lost there where someone took it either by mistake or by stealing, I'm not sure but I wasn't able to get it back.

Everything is cleaned. They clean rooms so good. Awesome staff from the front desk receptionist to the room staff.

That the stay was too short and we have to go back home :(

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and reasonable room rates. This Boracay resort is one of the best in terms of service and hospitality. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and accommodating from cooks, to servers, to helpers and to maintenance. Shout out to Ate May (frontdesk). This is located somewhere in D*Mall area near Jollibee/Tom's Coffee when you are coming from the main road, and if you are coming from the white beach, its entry is in BAMBOO MARKET near Boracay Uptown. They offer only BREAKFAST from 7am to 10am. They have specific area for smoking and simple lounge with books that are available for reading. Mineral water is FREE for all guests. They have water dispensers in every floors.

THINGS TO CONSIDER: wifi connectivity (needs additional modem router). mosquitoes control (or maybe guests should bring their mosquito repellants)
