the building was very nice
guest can do wherever they want in the parking lot, you are not allowed to take guests in the room, but guest can play loud music all night outside the room and being loud partying all night, the stuff didn’t do anything about it and let them be loud till 5am, very disappointed, I have to cancel my stay after two night not being able to sleep do to the disturbance, I asked the hotel for my money back for the other night and they asked me to give them another opportunity, I don’t think that anything is going to change after my experience for the two previous nights and I would rather go back and they didn’t give me the refund, the stuff didn’t care for their guest this was the worst hotel ever in my entire life 😡

This is a classy hotel where we often stay. It’s impeccable, and the staff is very helpful. After several years functioning, everything still looks brand new. The restaurant is good.

Looks nice. Food was okay
Reception was rude and inconsiderate. Put us in room that was a long way from checkin. Breakfast waiters also had bad attitudes. Cleaning staff didn't come one day and had to be begged to come the other day. Floors were dirty due to lazy cleaning staff.

The wifi was very poor in my room and I had to buy international roaming which cost me more than if I would have just stayed somewhere else with a better internet connection.

The restaurant is good and the staff there is great.
The room is very outdated, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are old. I was charged for a dirty hand towel that I did not get dirty. First they. Liked it was missing and I said that was impossible, then they claimed it was dirty.. I asked if they did not have a way to wash towels and the person in the front desk said no. I had to request a receipt for the towel because it was not going to be provided. Someone also mentioned to me that they witnessed the employee swipe the towel on the guardrail while he was walking towards the front desk. I didn't see him and I had already paid, so I didn't say anything.
