they gave the most far room in the hotel annex and I have to use a lot escalators, unsafe with no emergency exit ( got gate chained and padlock ) , old building, I went to used the lobby restroom and stink horrible, no paper for clean your hands and the dryer wasn’t work, etc ( don’t worth )

The parking area across from the hotel is run down and shabby, but is guarded by a security person. The hotel was dated but marketed well for its antiques and historic location. The staff were super friendly and accomadating, the room was clean and the linen fresh. The television worked well and so did the refrigerator, the internet was difficult to access/figure out. Overall we gave it a 3 star rating as it isn't in the best of condition and was difficult to access for parking and concierge services.

The parking across the street was in severe disrepair and could have been spruced up a bit. The pricing was comparable to the stay offered, very difficult to cross the street if carrying luggage or are medically challenged. Recommend using a taxi or Uber in lieu of driving to this hotel.

i liked the breakfast and thats about it.

My suite was horrible smelled really bad it was never renewed like the other suite i reserved. overall couldn’t get another room cause there was no house keeping.

We loved this place. Nothing super fancy but the building was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Walking to all points super accessible and so glad we stayed!

I liked the price and the location

Our room looked like it needed several repairs. The walls were peeling, the windows screens were torn and the window panes didnt lock, everything was unplugged and the mini fridge didnt reach the out let, we had to move it. Pretty low standards for a suite.

Staff is friendly

Smell of neftaline is very strong,

The rooms were comfortable and large

The receptionist at night was very polite but the one during day time was rude i Didnt get the names though

The price was all rite till you trying to go to sleep in an old bed that squeaks every time you move the breakfast is not good
