The fragrance smell in the room was too strong.
l did reserve a two bed room and l got one king size bed room.

The room was spotless and there was a secure parking lot. The staff was amazing throughout my stay
The only complaint I have is that the wifi in my room was pretty much unusable. Might have been my location in the hotel but I'm not sure

The location is great. Some of the staff are very helpful, however, the staff at the reception desk had poor customer service skills
RUpon our arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very unhelpful in clearing a problem with the reservation and refused to allow us to speak with a supervisor or a manager. We ended up paying extra for no apparent reason

Great hotel for a good rest
The tile of the bathroom, there is no door so the water makes the floor slippery. I almost fell like 2 times.

Too much noise from guests partying in parking lot late at night. Some kind of other machine noise as wrll.

Breakfast and service in the THE RESTAURANT ONLY THING I WONT EVEN GIVE(1) star WAS TO THE RESTAURANT SERVICE WAS AWFUL WAITED 35 min to get coffee and I order eggs same thing never had them.I WENT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT THEY CHARGED ME FOR CUP OF ORANGE JUICE THAT I WENT and served my self

The fixtures were solid & decent quality. The front desk person helped in comprehension by speaking a little English. The breakfast buffet was really very good! The housekeepers do a really good job except for those air deoderizers... Very clean.
Air deodorizer smelled like urinal mints.
Smelled tobacco smoke in the internal halls, which seeped into the room. The bed was pretty basic, not super soft.
