the lack of communication, I reserved 2 double rooms for my family, we were going to have a late check in so I called a little bit after 7pm to let them know I was going to be late and they said my reservation canceled at 7pm and that if I wanted to guarantee the rooms I needed to pay through a web side they were sending me, I waited and waited and never received the website to pay, I called them back and they told Me not to worry that they were still trying to send it and till this day I never received the website to pay the rooms, so I made reservations through booking at a different hotel (which was a lot nicer and I left them an excellent review) and I had no issues what’s so ever.

The hot and cold water in the bathroom needs some serious work

Location is easy to find. Good security. Fridge in room.

I used Booking but they wanted to charge me the rack rate. When I mentioned that they said they would give me a "discount". Wifi was not working. The desk said it was "external" problem, not a problem of hotel. However, when I later checked the Wi-Fi I saw that the hotel had an active signal. I attempted to login but it would not allow me to log in! There's really no excuse in these days not to have Wi-Fi available to guests in any hotel. There was a burn hole on the top of the very dated it spread. The plug-in behind the nightstand looked like it had been burned. The air conditioner sounded like a prop plane going all night long. Very noisy and there was no way to control the speed on the AC fan to reduce the noise. Every time it kicked on it would roar like it was it taking off from O'Hare airport. There was only one bottle of water provide an in the room and one unsealed paper cup.
