Hotel is on beach front Staffs are accommodating

We have a senior citizen and our room is on the 4th floor We might not specified it during booking but we have requested to be transferred and would pay for a more higher price accommodation but no room is available The sofa which is visible to all guest is not clean..how about the other things that the guest cannot see. Please see photo from all the 3 rooms we have occupied

It was near the beach front.

The internet connection was poor. The lady server called „Nene“ was not so approachable, she didn’t even smile while serving our breakfast for two consecutive days.

Very accommodating staff. Good ambience and very good location. The rooms are spacious and nice.

its far from D Mall. about 15 minutes walk. and they dont clean up the room everyday. only upon request which is hard cause if you go out at the time you want it cleaned up, its already cut off of the housekeeping staff. and i guess they need to add some rugs in the room.

The surroundings were a little bit messy. The wifi is terrible.

Beds are comfy however bathrooms are ill-equipped with not enough lights or hand towel and floor mats. Would help if there's an available broom outside the rooms that you can use anytime you need as the floor area/access area is always sandy. Staff at the reception are accommodating, helpful and professional - except the arrogant guard on duty.

The staff could improve their way of engaging the guests by undergoing additional technopreneurship and hotel management training. The guard should never yell out to guests behind their back, it is extremely insulting and intimidating. Would he treat the same guest if he happens to be Caucasian? He even went too far by banging on our doors while my nephew's 3 month old baby was sleeping. Such a bad example of customer service and I was completely appalled and disgusted by his actions. Arrogance can never be a tool in this kind of industry let alone allowing that single person damage the reputation of a certain hotel company in the beautiful island of Boracay. Not my first time visiting this Island but the very first intimidating and insulting experience.

The room was spacious. Very suitable for 4 family members. Temperature in the room was easy to control.

1. There was an electric water kettle in the room but no water to heat as tap water isn't potable. Guests should bring their own water to heat and the coffee or tea to go with it. 2. Breakfast could do with some improvement. The pork sausage/longganisa could be so much better than what was served. This is a popular & favorite food on the islands but the kind that was served leaves much to be desired! 3. Age of clients should be considered for room assignments. Elderly on ground floor rooms unless a preference is stated. Therefore it should be included in the questionnaire on line. All in all, it was ok. Thank you.
