Almost every thing specially the private island and the Golf

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Man findet immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Der Hauptstrand bietet Wassersportmöglichkeiten und der Bootshuttle zum vorgelagerten Island (nur ein Teil ist privat) ist toll. Beim Frühstück findet man viel Abwechslung & das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Bei einem so angepriesenen und hochgerankten 5 Star Hotel haben wir die "passion for details" vermisst: Baustelle vor dem Zimmer, Fingerabdrücke auf den Weingläsern, Auswahl an Frühstückscornflakes & Müsli sehr ungesund & überzuckert, beim Kaffee musste man explizit darauf hinweisen, dass ein Cappuccino mit der professionellen Espressomaschine gewünscht ist und nicht vom Automat.
Preise im Restaurant und für ein Taxi sind unverschämt hoch.

Service attitude of people and they were quite responsive. They went extra mile to satisfy us. Location was good and so was food. Overall hotel is very nice and they are now doing renovations so it will even look better.
Room had ants, AC was too cold. Swimming pool temperature was not warm enough. Also they should not charge extra for food at any restaurant if breakfast and dinner was included. But they tried to address all these issues except the extra payment for some restaurants.

Exceptional service, perfect location, incredible food in restaurants. Great wine tasting experience. Massage was one of the best we have experienced (after travelling and trying massages in 15+ countries including thailand, maldives, bali etc)
Buffet food was very poor for extremely high price. You could eat for the same price in a restaurant in the resort and food would be on a completely different level.

All of the food and drinks were very yummy. We didn’t have to lift a finger during our stay - everyone was very helpful and hospitable. It’s a very relaxing place but the resort also provides activities like SUP. The decor was also nice. Our room had an issue but they quickly remedied the situation. The upgraded suites are incredibly luxurious.

The location is very beautiful and quite. We got a beautiful room with beach access and we loved it.
Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
Staff is amazing and helpful, all of them went beyond expectations. They spoiled us and our daughter with so many attentions. We couldn’t choose better place.
the dinner buffet was really nice. However if you stay more than one week you can notice the rotation of same dishes.
When we did check in they didn’t explain us about the resort, the private island of the resort (wonderful!), different restaurants and facilities.

The staffs are very friendly and supportive
- Cockroaches in the bathroom
- Bad smell bed sheets
- Poor service at the sung loungers, no one is picking up the orders, even when you use the buttons
- Overpriced restaurants compared to its taste and quality, except Zafran
- DJ noise during the night
- A few peddlers walking around the beach and they keep offering, which makes it seems like it’s a public beach

I really loved absolutely everything about this resort. The beach, the staff the friendliness of all the staff.
Every staff member will go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
Nothing is to much to ask.
