The location, friendly and helpful staff. A huge effort was made by all for Christmas Eve dinner! Lovely place to holiday with family. Kids loved it.

Right on the cleanest beach we found on Mairitius. Free use of snorkels and kayaks. Plentiful good, rather than great, food. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Only local Phoenix lager for beer and the wine was truly dreadful -- only the rose was even remotely drinkable. The karaoke "entertainment" wasn't that great either.

Staff was outstanding! Pretty property! Front desk folks were very helpful in setting up sightseeing excursions. My room has a lovely view of the pool area and the beach area. The bar staff were great with making drinks and small-talk. This property was a big bang for the buck!

Language barrier was bit tough. Staff needs to have a better quality English speaking. The rooms do need a major upgrade. The bar drinks (all-inclusive) need to be more options than just a few common cocktails and beer.

This is such a gem of a hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. We arrived after lunch hours and the kitchen staff quickly and happily prepared a delicious lunch for us. Food was always delicious. I stayed at this hotel on two occasions during my long stay in Mauritius.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay feel like home away from home! We had an absolutely amazing time! It was fantastic getting to know people and the culture and experiencing the sights, sounds and flavours and all that Mauritius has to offer. Silver Beach Hotel was clean and relaxing and the chefs and maitre d' and staff were really accommodating. 👌 We had a truly memorable experience that we are all keen on repeating in the near future. The location is stunning and the beach amazing and safe.

The fact that our holiday had to end! On a serious note it really was relaxing and welcoming.

- Gym opens to late and closes to late and not much variety in terms of equipment - Same breakfast everyday, gets a bit tiring, maybe have some mushrooms, hash browns e.t.c - Some days menus are set(1 starter, soup, a choice between 2 mains and 1 dessert) Big problem when portions are a mismatch, (was not a fan of the dessert offered and it was repeated whenever there was set menu), the main was either too much or too little - Quality of cocktail mixers... not so mad with the alcohol part as that's how most all-inclusive resorts do it - No other option of tea other that the offered Vannila tea - No replenishing of used up complimentary lotion, shower gel etc

The staff were very accommodating and the hospitality was perfect. The hotel is also very nice right on the beach with lovely views. Value for money. Our wedding Anniversary was made extra special by the restaurant staff and manager. Felt like home away from home.

Beautiful beach and staff were great and very friendly! The food options are limited but this means that everything is fresh and service was awesome and better than what you would get at the bigger resorts. So sad we only got to try the buffet and not the sit down dinner as we had to leave early. We will visit again!

We booked for 3 nights but could unfortunately only stay for 1😞 One of the 3 rooms we booked smelled of smoke but believe that if we raised this with management they would have moved us.

The view of the room, the beautiful beach really close by. The proximity with Ile aux Cerf, the cleanliness of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. We really appreciated all of these.

The food was not very typical, except for one "thematic" dinner. Because of the season, few to no fruits offers, only some for the breakfast and none for dessert at lunch or dinner and no fresh juice, it was frustrating while being on a tropical island. The policy of the staff that was always around us to clean up the table was really annoying, we couldn't look away from the table more than a few seconds if we wanted to keep our plate. The general prices for the activities. We went to the center of the town to find a tour to Ile aux Cerfs and it was almost half the price of the hotel's offer. Same thing with the north or south west tour or the transfer to the airport.

Sorry but Hotel is Outdated Badly need strong hand to fix all stuff bed sheets was with stains. Loud music till 23.00pm need to ring to reception:( but true staff fixed problem and we asked next morning to swich rooms far away from music. Which was done with out problems. STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY SO HELPFUL THEY JUST AWESOME HONESTLY!!! Breakfast tea come on Mauritius is the tea Country and serving premade flask tea Sad :( Would never recommend to my friends

everything was amazing all the staff are super friendly and helpful. food was very delicious and they keep changing the item everyday . dinner sometimes having set menu. we used Kayak ,paddling for free including the all inclusive. beach was clean and can swim comfortably .

We are happy to recommend this hotel! The service is top notch - we have never in our life met such nice and competent staff, in every way. Everything was perfect! The hotel is located by a beautiful beach with white sand and clear water. The cleanliness of the hotel is at the highest level - the rooms, restaurant and hotel are very well cleaned every day. The food is delicious and beautifully served, every second day dinner is buffet or 4 courses from the menu (including dessert). The staff helps absolutely everything and cares about their guests. We recommend to anyone who wants to relax, feel safe on vacation. It is worth to buy a room with a view of the ocean - you can hear the sound of the ocean, beautiful view, and even once we managed to catch the pink sky. The hotel is also in a great place as a base for exploring the island.

Hotel doesn’t look lux and modern but It is very clean and rooms are okey. All employers are so kind but especially ZIYAD made our days many times!! We are so lucky to meet you! and room cleaner man with full of smiles is amazing! Sea is gorgeous but be careful about season. Meals are delicious! There is a Mauritus dance and music show when we stay at hotel. I offer all my friends. But one problem is chamaral and some beautiful places are about 2 hours, just one way. If you are coming with elderly people think about it.. thank you million times Ziyad!

I liked the garden, the FRIENDLY STAFF and also the food.

There are no fruits for lunch and dinner, and vegetables for breakfast.
