Best stay ever .

Staff is very friendly. This is our second stay there for CNY However next year we will need to find a more affordable place to stay as our kids are no longer young and we were told we need to book a different and more expensive room 😭. .

We did not realised that we need to put up the tag to have our room cleaned. Only realised by night time when we came back and noticed that our room was not cleaned and amenities were not top up.

Large room. Well equippted room. Good wifi connection. Friendly staff. Fairly good location.

Bed was clean. But we found quite some hairs on floor.

Hotel as efficient as on previous stay. Rooms spacious and clean.

Breakfast no longer buffet, now choices from limited menu. No refund allowed for booked breakfasts. Staff in restaurant very efficient and polite.

When I book with 2 single bed, booking.com app didn't show not available/sold out but the hotel keep responding subject to availability until I reach there they asked me to upgrade to a little larger room with additional paid RM20. By right they should upgrade for me not asking me to paid additional. There is one guy when I called, it seem upset. But the next day another girl much better. I have stay there before, why I must bear such upgrade, if no then from the app show already sold but it was not. 😕 Very disappointed. It either the booking.com app issue or the hotel issues. To me both party issues and treat us, the guest like we are not important and we are the one who paid for it.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located in a convenient area, close to a lot of attractions. From the start, the check in was smooth and done before check-in time. Rooms were clean, tidy and organised and the facilities in the room were in top working conditions to the point we wanted to stay longer. The service was perfect and the staff were always ready to help. Thank you very much for amazing stay and all the best for the future.

No hassel, solid basics at a convenient location and affordable price. The staff is helpful. Daily room cleanning, onsite laundry and 24/7 convince store are plus.

Not a very lively neighborhood. But not very far from Gurney eather.
