Location is ideal, and although the parking is tight, it's a welcome addition. Very welcoming hosts and lots of choice for breakfast. We were in the attic room, which was fine if a bit small and outdated (the hosts only recently purchased the property and said they would be refurbishing). We had 3 flights of stairs, but they weren't very steep and not a problem for us. Very comfortable bed, we could hear the traffic, but it didn't keep us awake. Very, very dog friendly.

the breakfast was great, it set us up for the rest of the day. the location was wonderful. diana, andy, and andrea were the wonderful people who looked after us all week.

the car park was a bit small, but everybody manage to get their cars in and out. my wife found the stairs a bit of a test, but she managed.

The hosts Diana and Andy were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and well stocked with kettle, tea, coffee etc, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The bathroom was on the small side, but the shower was hot and had a good water flow (unlike some feeble trickles we have encountered elsewhere). Breakfast came with a good choice of cereal, toast and cooked food. The location is great - just at the end of the sea front, so close to the beach etc, but far enough away to not be too noisy. Parking is available at the hotel too.

The location it was by the beach & was flat so it was easy for my husband to walk, because he has breathing problems.

I wouldn't have booked it if I knew you had to leave your car keys in your room for the owner to move our car if he wanted to, which he moved it everyday. I wouldn't have gone there if I knew that dog could stay. Which we had next door to us that barked all night & at breakfast. The 1st day we would have gone home but we had paid £718.00 for the week. The room was dirty. The mattress was so old it was going down on both sides & the middle. The bedding/pillows had stains & blood on them. The kettle had so much scale the top wouldn't open & it was on the spout with stains all over. Dirty floor with a iron mark on. Holes in curtains. I could go on & on. 1st day breakfast I had a full English. The egg was broken with egg shell in it, burnt tomato. After that I only had sausage, bacon mushrooms & beans. That was the only thing that was bearable. My husband breathing got worst because all the stairs he had to go up.

The breakfast wa superb and location great walking distance to town and beach sharon and Steve were both very friendly and helpful they knew what was going on around Weymouth over the Easter weekend and the best places to eat

What a wonderful holiday! Sharon and Steve are so friendly, polite and helpful. Sharon made great breakfast for us everyday. Our puppy also had a great time. We will definitely go back. All the best to Sharon and Steve.

Friendly, thoughtful, welcoming! Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Catering for our dietary needs to serve a great breakfast which started the day well! Would highly recommend and, time allowing, return to stay

Our stay was extremely comfortable...we were made welcome from the time we were checked in...we had an unexpected upgrade on our room which gave us an awesome sea view..the breakfast was amazing with a great choice and all complimented the full English breakfast on offer..it was all very warm, homely and friendly. We will definately be returning here in the future as it made our stay in Weymouth even more enjoyable...our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable....

Sharon and Steve are a really lovely couple and nothing was to much trouble, the breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed .We will definitely be back next year. Oh and Denzil (the dog) was lush. 😀

Both Sharon and Steve were warm and friendly from the moment we stepped foot inside right until we left. Nothing was too much trouble. We hope to go back there next June. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. No complaints whatsoever and right next to the beach.

breakfast was excellent the best.location was handy for the town centre.buses were frequent to take you anywhere you wanted to go. pubs and cafes are plentiful for eating out.

This was a great location and with the added parking made this such an easy choice. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. Offering lots of advice within the area of Weymouth and the cooked breakfast option was a bonus too 😁

Breakfast was excellent, nothing to much trouble. We really enjoyed Weymouth and surrounding beaches, everyday was different with so much to do.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, everything was what we expected of Weymouth, such a lovely location.

Our breakfast was cooked to perfection every morning. Steve & Sharon were very welcoming and answered any questions we had about the area and where to visit. The guest house was in a great location, close to the beach.
