لم يكن مطل علي الحرم وكذلك السيفون لم يكن يعمل

النظافه فقط

اصوات مزعجة جدا تحرم النوم وتصحي الفرد من نومه اصوات اعمال بناء وحفار تتهز حتى الجدران ثانيا اصوات الحيران عندي وريحة عشاهم لايوجد عوازل اوكيف مدري كان بيننا ستارة ماهو جدار

A few distance from HARAM, breakfast is delicious and varied, better to pay it at the hotel cost 80SAR. Staff are politer and helpful

The price of breakfast for one person is expensive

Great location. Exceprionally friendly and respectful staff. Great facilities. Toilets are clean. The location is terrific. The building is adjacent to the courtyard of the Haram (Sacred Masjid). And the building complex has many shops and restaurants that are popular with the pilgrims. I had requested a late checkout and they gladly extended it by 2 hours. Moments later, another staff member called me and said they will extend it for me by another 1 hour from their own initiative. I was very impressed by their service and will recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel policy requires them to take a picturre/photocopy of your credit card which is weird.

عدم توفير مياه شرب أو عصائر داخل الميني بار في الغرفة . ايضا تم ذكر وجبتين مشمولة بالسعر في وقت الحجز على التطبيق وعند الوصول للفندق اظهروا لي في الحجز انها وجبة الإفطار فقط كما وصلهم من حجز بوكينق ولا اعلم اين الخلل بالضبط!

i did not like bed because sleeping is very difficult on those beds who go down when laying on them

The best thing about the hotel is the location, the escalators near the hotel lead straight down to the Haram entrance.

The hotel is quite average for a 5* hotel. Nothing really special or stand out. Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a better room however that ended up being a family room with 4 beds. We contacted reception and told them we'd like to go back to a regular room since it's just 2 of us and would be more cozy but they didn't have any standard rooms available. Shame as that is exactly what we booked and expected. On the plus side they allowed us to check out later which was very helpful

Our stay at Al Ghufran Safwa was amazing! The receptionist who attended to our family named Abdul Majeed was very great! He was professional and set a great first impression of the hotel. The breakfast was also very delicious with many options to choose from. Not to mention the location was very close to the Masjid Al Haram!

فندق ممتاز جدا كانت تجربئة مليئة بالاحواء الروحانية الهادئة الموقع قريب جدا من الحرم 500 متر فقط الاستقبال محمد كان متعاون جدا وفي الحقيقة كل موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين و بشوشين شكرا لكم.

افطار المطعم رائع ولذيذ جدا، بس ماجربت البوفية

هذا سكني المفضل من اكثر من عشر سنوات

كان الجميع مستعد لجعل زيارتنا مريحة. وأخص الأخ عبدالمجيد في التسجيل والأخ طلال في الأمن. الابتسامة وحسن المعاملة من سماتهم الواضحة. الله أسأل لهم وللجميع التوفيق والسداد.

Good for Seniors and Families as Haram gates are very close. Yes, the hotels in Al Safa Towers are Better than others. Select the correct Lifts for Quick Access to the Rooms and Back to Haram
