We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well-stocked and well laid out for 3 couples. The location and parking were awesome and very close to all of the happenings in South Lake Tahoe!

The management company does a great job of communicating and providing explanations for everything. The condo is within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants and casinos. They only provide one set of towels per guest, but there’s a washer and dryer with detergent so it’s manageable. We absolutely loved it!

The place was immaculate and well appointed. The bedroom separation was great and we never felt cramped in. The shuffleboard table was a big hit! I would absolutely stay again!

This condo is newer than others in the area and very nicely decorated. Small, quiet community with view of the pines from the balcony. The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, casinos, and the beach. Loved having the video game entertainment in the downstairs bedroom where our college son and his friend stayed. They stayed up gaming and the parents enjoyed the quiet bedroom upstairs. Condo had everything we needed. We highly recommend this rental.

Once you park your car you don’t need it again to access all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Everything is a walk, bike or electric scooter distance. Marina to rent water adventure toys. Beach to relax. Shopping and food. Casinos and state line.

The condo is so well appointed - you can’t ask for anything more! The property is lovely and perfectly situated! A short walk to the lake or shops or restaurants/bars or casinos. My only regret? We had to leave!

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was exactly as presented in the pictures, with more amenities than expected. It was well maintained and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the gondola with skis was challenging with the icy roads but otherwise OK. The one, inconvenient, issue we had was a lack of hot water for a shower or to fill the tub. When someone turned on the taps/shower you could hear the water pump in another bathroom and the water flow was at times intermittent, either running hot and cold or not warm at all. In the bathroom on the ground floor (not the master) there was no place to hang/dry bath towels and a lack of hanging space in the bedroom. Ideally we would have preferred to have been able to recycle organic waste. One other minor issue was the coffee pot didn't pour properly but we fixed that.Overall, a great place for our trip, and our group of 6, comfortable and spacious, with the bonus of a large, well equipped laundry / ski boot room.

The condo was as advertised and no surprises at all. There was a door downstairs conveniently next to garage door so we were able to move all luggage with ease. Every place we wanted to go was in walking distance so super convenient; Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, grocery store, and even ax throwing. We had a party of 8; 4 adults and 4 teens. We were all super comfortable in all the rooms.

Our family of four enjoyed this property very much! It is close to grocery store, shopping, and slopes! It was very clean and exactly as advertised.

Truly a perfect rental for a calm family trip to South Lake! Beautiful home that was safe, clean, convenient and comes with fantastic hospitality. The hosts had excellent communication & directions plus perfect amenities on site. The location is superbly position to walk to heavenly village, the beach or the casinos. We can’t wait to book again.

Property located in very old South Lake Tahoe area. No amenaties at the complex. Many stairs just to get to living area. 3 story units. Could hear lots of noise from unit above, especially vacuum. Location great. Went to 2 concerts at Harvey's. Easy 7 minute walk. Would stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. This condo is fully stocked and had everything needed. All of the bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen/living room were decorated beautifully. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location was perfect!!! We walked to everything. Super easy check-in and check out process .

The property is in a very clean gated community and the condo inside was very clean with very nice amenities. One burner on the stove didn't work all of the time but there are a total of five burners so it didn't impede on our cooking. I notified the property manager and she got back to me right away. The property manager is very nice and responsive. My whole family really enjoyed it and we will be back!
