Annabelle is a lovely hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was excellent, and the general vibe of the hotel was very positive. The room was very clean.

I do think that the design of their rooms is a bit aged, they could use freshening up.

The room isolation - it was a bit noisy. The curtains did not blocked all the sun in the morning (the staff tried to install new ones but still there was some sun)

We loved everything from the moment when we entered the hotel, the service, hotel facilities and food that was served at the hotel, everything was amazing and if we had to stay longer we would definitely have done that. Definitely recommend this hotel in Cyprus.

Excellent breakfast beautifully presented.

Friendly greeting upon arrival and shown to an upgraded room. All the staff were very professional, polite and accommodating. We asked to change room after the first night due to noise from the harbour and this was dealt with swiftly. Avoid the rooms at the far side of the hotel overlooking the harbour and restaurants if you are a light sleeper. The pool and surrounding garden areas are beautiful and well maintained, but regrettably people are allowed to save the beds with towels as noted everyday when we went in search of free sun beds.

No fault of the hotel, however seeing the extensive building works right on the door stop of the hotel was rather disconcerting. Pathos is currently a bit of a mess due to much improvements taking place on the roads and buildings, which had we known about beforehand we wouldn’t have booked this hotel or any other nearby. Breakfast was very disorganised for a 5 star hotel. Appeared to be a shortage of staff. There were 3 entrances in to the breakfast dining area but only one member of staff showing people to tables. Obviously others didn’t queue as it wasn’t obvious you were meant to. The buffet area was far too small for the numbers of people in the hotel and often the queue for the egg station meant your toast was cold by the time you got your eggs. We were disappointed that when sat in the reception seating areas, which were very nice with outdoor places to sit, nobody came to see if you wanted a drink/ coffee which very often we did but eventually just went out instead. Coffees/ beers etc were also far cheaper out of the hotel.

location was perfect, have stayed there before. unfortunately on this trip there was major road works happening immediately outside the hotel & around Paphos.
