Was a great spot

Paided for car park but you couldn't get access to it very poorly run place wouldn't recommend. We didn't stay.

The property was well located and the staff left keys in a lockbox for us as our flight was late getting in

The property was really dirty, walls were filthy, the dishwasher was still full, the hob had burnt food remnants - overall the only cleaning that had been done was new bedsheets (I think) and bins were emptied. The “queen bed” was actually two hard singles pushed together, fire alarm was detached from the ceiling, and in general the room was not at all what was advertised in the pictures

Great location, free street parking outside, on a tram line for ease of travel around the city, late check in, professional counter staff. Apartment was clean and quiet.

TV was missing the aerial lead so did not work. Aircon/heating did not work. Fortunately, it wasn’t cold inside.

The position was ideal for me being walking distance to the RMH and vic market and places to eat

I was not happy that things went missing from my room although not expensive the inconvenience of having to replace. Sloppy housekeeping. Was not happy with the girl on the desk not following through with my theft concerns.

Well-stocked kitchen and coffee and tea supplies; hot shower; comfy bed and pillows; spacious living room; fast wifi; relatively convenient when traveling to CBD free tram zone, if you're not carrying any luggage (otherwise, consider riding an Uber, as it's quite hilly)

Staff was unavailable during the weekends (it was never mentioned prior to booking that this was the case; we ended up waiting in the lobby for hours just to leave our bags); many times during our stay, no one was at the reception to attend to our queries and needs; heater was not working (we ended up wearing all our jackets to sleep as it was too cold)

Room was decent size and kitchenette included.

Bed was solid and middle connection of two singles really uncomfortable. The shower was leaking. Waited three days for a hair dryer that was included in our stay after calling and visiting front desk several times on different days. No cloths or dishwashing liquid. Hallway stunk.

The location was quite central and the tramline being out the front of the apartment made it super convenient for travel around the city.

The beds were two single beds put together and there was one firm mattress and one which was sunk in quite badly. This made for an uncomfortable sleep. The aircon was also not very strong, and due to it being situated in the living area it could not reach the bedroom effectively. The room also had a sink and cooking facilities but offered no washing up options (tea towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges, dishwashing tablets). The only other main issue was with one of the lifts smelling quite bad after a resident took rubbish (which leaked) downstairs.

Location was very good - close to restaurants, public transport, theatres and markets. Bathroom was clean and met needs. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was very loud, making it difficult to sleep during the hot spell. Street noise was also very loud, but to be expected given the location. No bedding was supplied for the pull-out bed, even though we'd booked for 3 people, and the two beds, so we had to ring the emergency number to have sheets, coverlet and pillows delivered to our room - however it was brought up quickly by a very friendly and helpful floor staff member. Mattress pad on the pull-out couch was stained and dirty, and very thin across the metal framework, my teens refused to sleep on it at the start and we had to do rock, paper, scissors to see who got the 'dodgy bed' (they lost 😄). No information on parking was provided, on arrival I found that we had to have arranged that separately at a relatively high daily fee, and we had to shift our car around through various street parking spots on the evening of arrival and early morning while waiting for reception to open to gain the carpark access fob. Reception opened 20 minutes later than signage noted, I had to ring the emergency number again to try and find the receptionist and move the car a third time to be in an approved street parking spot while waiting for them to open and organise the car park entry fob. The receptionist seemed frustrated and a bit annoyed that someone would have been waiting for them to open, and asked me to come back later in the day to arrange payment for the carpark, but got it sorted OK in the end.

We had no email to say that the accommodation had been cancelled by the company. We arrived and had to find somewhere else to stay.

Could of been cleaner, bathroom floor had some dirt on it. apartment a bit stuffy would of been nice for more airflow maybe a ceiling fan.
