Great service that we could get dinner even if we were late. Big and nice room.

friendly stuff at breakfast

hotel consists of two separate buildings. second building does not fit hotel standards. our room was dark - sleeping room was without window. entrance to room was literally from garage. surroundings looks terrible

They had a party in the restaurant that is a part of the hotel and the music was so loud that none of us, including our kids couldn’ sleep. At midnight we contacted the receptionist who explained that there is an event and that they will continue untill 1AM. Only after we called them by the phone again and went a bit angry, they turned the volume down a little. Kept us avake untill 1AM anyway. Expensive family room! Woman at the reception doesn’t speak a word of English, so it was a challenge to communicate.

the hotel was spotless and Maria provided a lovely breakfast.On our second day my husband realised there were no buses to Agrigento(where we were going the following day} After seeking advice from the owner he made phone calls and explained what we would need to do.A true gentleman.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast waitress was helpful and friendly.

The reception we received on arrival after a long and difficult journey and the impatient way the reception staff wanted to resolve an issue with a room we had cancelled via booking.com but the message had not got through to the hotel. We were happy to pay for the cancelled room but would have liked to have a chance to check in and recover from our journey first before dealing with it.
