Very central. Lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Would have liked chairs rather than needing to sit on the bed all the time. British tv channels would have been nice.

an antique lift welcomes you which can accommodate only 1 person. as I entered the room I was shocked by the small size of the room . the cot was like a prisoners cot and you couldn’t turn this way or that way . the bathroom was so small that you can’t bathe and the commode is so inconvenient to use . when I checked in there was an unfriendly receptionist who didn’t tell anything about Florence and she thought they are doing me a favour accommodating me

The front desk agents were all friendly. The location was good, just a little far from the center. Luggage storage was great. The temperature in the room initially wasn’t ideal but the front desk agent helped with adjusting the thermostat limits.

We weren’t thrilled with the breakfast. The eggs were runny and cold in places. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower didn’t drain properly so you stood in several inches of water. They offer to hold your key for you so that you don’t have to carry the large set, but they did nothing to verify that it was our room when we returned. I felt like anyone could have accessed our room.

The location is great as is close to the train station and the room for a single person was very comfortable. Nice and quiet so you can have a good sleep! The staff was very friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay there again!

On the 3rd floor but the stairwell lights didn't always work so had to use phone torches to see where we were going.

Received a very warm welcome on arrival. Reception staff were always attentive and helpful. Bedroom was an excellent size and had everything we required for a short stay, including a safe. Ample hot water in bathroom and shower itself worked well. Breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Good coffee from the coffee machine. Location was good. We walked to the tram stop (for Peratola) airport, pulling carryon luggage, in under 10 minutes. The mainline station is in same area. Plenty of restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes minutes walk. We can recommend this hotel.

The shower surround requires attention. Housekeeping cleaned the bathroom daily, so this is known. Guests need to be comfortable climbing at least 2 sets of stairs. The first is to arrive from outside to get the lift to reception, and the second is from reception level down to the breakfast room. There are bedrooms on reception level but there are also more on the next level up, which requires going up more stairs.
