Great location and access to beach. Very spacious and will definitely stay here again.

For a better experience, bring the following: -dishwashing soap and sponge: these were not provided, they did provide 3 tablets for the dishwasher. However, if you need to wash stuff by hand then I would recommend bringing your own. -toilet paper: There were a single roll in each bathroom. I found 1 extra roll in one of the bathrooms upstairs, but here was no other rolls available. If you have a big group or are staying for a little longer, you might want to bring extra tp. -trash bags: There were two trash bags that were already in the 2 big trash bins, but I did not find anymore trash bags around. Good thing we brought our own. -laundry detergent: There is a w/d available, but I did not see any detergent, so bring your own. -hair dryer if you use one: There was a hair dryer available, but it looked kind of gross. I would not use it. I get it that it's by the beach so there is lots of sand, but when I came to the apartment, there were piles of sand in the corners (especially the upstairs bathrooms) that should have been swept up. The newly washed (hopefully they were) sheets had sand in them as well. I'm not talking about a little, noticeable sand between my sheets. What got me was the sand in the sheets was not all over, it was concentrated at the bottom part of the bed, where your feet are. This is the reason why I'm questioning whether the sheets were replaced or washed. If it was washed and replaced, but the sand is just all over, it should be all over and not concentrated at the feet. Is this normal? The location is not bad if you like to be more secluded. If you like to be centrally located where you can easily walk to shops and restaurants, then this might not be for you. They had 1 kid's sand shovel in the garage, but it was broken, sad. The couches had plenty of room, but was meh, same for the decor and everything else. The bed in the master bedroom could use a new mattress. It was not comfortable. All-in-all, the stay was ok, but wasn't the best. I would probably try another place next time.

Place was clean. Property Management Company was very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Would be nice to have beach towels included but everything you need for your actual stay was provided.

Had a great time. Watched the Angels right outside our door!

Several cabinet doors in the kitchen were loose. there was no overhead light in the bedroom. Someone placed the wrong light bulbs in nightstand lamps. The lampshade on one lamp was charred from overheating. I unplugged both lamps. There is a hole in the master bathroom ceiling where an exhaust unit was removed and the previous fixture was left open. All bathrooms had mold around the bathtubs or showers. The furniture was good and the unit was a good fit for our vacation. The unit just needs someone to do a general inspection and fix an assortment of minor items.

Loved the location, quiet and just a few steps to the beach. Unit was nicely equipped.

The place was located beautifully next to the ocean. The neighbors were very friendly and nice welcoming us with open arms.

Perfect beach front location. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. House itself was fairly clean and neat. Needed a few repairs/updates to make it better.

The views were amazing. Condo was nice, but not clean. The door to the furnace room was not attached and was just leaning. There was a lot of dust and hair in the corners, food and filth under cushions, roaches, etc.

Great location. Right on the beach. Big balconies for drinking coffee. Very spacious for big groups.

An excellent view from our Unit H, which overlooked the Emerald Green waters and white sandy beach. The property is centrally located on the island, so very close to restaurants, bars, convenience stores and fishing on the Pier.

Very nice place, great management to contact if you need anything, easy access to everything, easy check in and out. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The new paint was well done but the living room and dining room furniture needs to be replaced. The view from the balconies is terrific and access to the beach is superb. This was our first time with a spiral staircase which we did not like. The heater/air conditioner being located on the second floor with the bedrooms made it difficult to create a comfortable environment on both levels. Some attention needs to be given to cleaning the oven, which we cleaned, and areas higher up in the living areas. There were many stains on towels and the bed comforters and pillows.

Seahorse Townhouses are my favorite accommodations. Everything was improved since my last stay. The townhouse unit was well-kept. The rental management staff went beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and comfortable. When we were leaving to turn the keys in our car wouldn't start -- dead battery. We called the management office and someone came to the unit and gave us a jump. It took thirty minutes before the car would start and the gentleman was pleasantly helpful and wouldn't take any of the money we tried to thank him with. There was no penalty for turning our keys in late. Thank you PBP for averting our crisis.
