Apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything you need. Manager was available by phone whenever I rang and so kind when our flight was diverted to Sydney, he stayed up and met us at the gates at 1 am to get us settled

It was nice modern refurbished unit. Great cooking facilities.

It was difficult to find someone to ask about an issue.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Fabulous location, very clean and well decorated. Great location, near shops, cafes, clubs and beach. Undercover parking and friendly staff. I will stay again.

Outstanding location close to shops for essentials and metres from the beach. Smack bang on a fantastic walk track, fully paved either north or south which we used every day. The only downside when lugging two large suitcases was the lack of a lift. Especially when on a top floor. But once inside a spacious apartment with excellent balcony bathed in full sun from dawn to early afternoon.

The lack of a lift for heavy luggage but the stairs probably did my ageing bones a heap of good!

Pool bathroom tap missing and no toilet paper.

The location was lovely, not too noisy but close to everything.

a tea towel or paper towel in the kitchen would have been the only thing I would've changed.

Aircon didn’t work and staff not always around to help. Key broke in gate on return after a wedding.

Location and check-in through booking.com were the best part of the stay

The apartment in comparison to most on the Sunshine coast was extremely dated and quiet small. Totally willing to overlook that. Popped luggage down and went to sit on the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable. I made an enquiry to cancel my second day booking however I was not willing to loose a percentage of my booking. It was overpriced for the standard. Pre arranged and paid for an extended late check out on the sunday morning, the request was granted by original booking staff however we woke to bashing on the door and repetitive phone calls at 10:10am on a Sunday morning. I approached staff at the onsite apartment counter to be spoken too extremely rudely. I presented the original booking confirmation to which I was informed, "well booking com have no notified us and my cleaner is already here so if you could kindly start to pack for your check out I will await the key hand over. When I forwarded a complaint about the staff and their customer service. Not once did we receive an apology for the mix up with our booking, we did however receive a bill 4 days after our check out to inform me that I had left a mark on a wall and a door so they wanted the money to replace that. I asked for before and after photo proof of any alleged damage caused to the apartment and am still awaiting those documents to arrive. To anyone staying there. Make sure you CHECK THE ROOM OVER FIRST. if you notice anything note it and report to staff IMMEDIATELY or you will be charged

Unit was clean

Over priced for one nights accommodation, Couldn't t find the bin for the unit, Unit very tired, in need of repairs. The fire alarm went off as I was drying my hair, turned on the fan to clear the room and white stuff - paint maybe came off the fan/walls and covered the floor, no TV or aircon in the main bedroom.

Location was great. Management were very helpful. Very relaxing accommodation.

A lift would have been very helpful. We are all a bit frail

No toilet paper when arrived, air con unit in living area not working, and shower head not working in main bathroom. Blanket in main bedroom smelt like it wasn't cleaned. Very disappointing

Perfect stay. Great location that is walking distance to the beach. The unit was excellent! Neat and tidy with a nice homey feel to it. Loved how it had a TV in the bedroom, as well as the lounge room. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I can't wait to go back! Only negative was that my stay was too short.
