Ibis jaipur is a top notch that exceeds expectations in every way I am grateful for the warm hospitality and excellent service that I received Staff were really incredibly welcoming and friendly It is a truly exceptional property and Anisha at Front Desk and her team are a credit to the hotel

Everything is perfect from hotel lobby to hotel’s rooftop. The whole staff was great and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was also very tasty. I absolutely loved my stay here. Also one of the staff member near swimming pool named Jeetu saw us trying to swim and then he told us how to swim. It was very genuine of him and was very helpful. You can ask for anything to the hotel staff and they would reply about it quiet calmly . I loved the staff behaviour and their cleanliness. They clean our rooms everday change bathroom towels as well and our stuff are not even touched . Also I the whole hotel smells so good🤌❤️It has become my favourite hotel to stay at.

The staff went out of its way to accommodate our needs and even changed our rooms and upgrades us. Ms. Anisha and her team Rohit and Rishi is very friendly.

The breakfast was appalling, very little fruit and no variety. The toast bread was not fresh. These hotels really do nothing to attract or care for foreigners. In food offering.

Comfortable beds. Very small room but had expected that. Friendly staff, especially Reception Staff.
Food choice on menus poor and did not like having to order via QR code ONLY, No personal service. Not everyone has a smart phone. Breakfast basic and not really set up for English /European tastes with limited options. I was very unwell during night following an evening meal. Staff quick to send for in-house doctor though to ensure I was ok. Bathroom very small and 'airplane like' as per other reviews so this was also expected. Pool area very small with beds which could only be used in one way.(not adjustable). No-one available for towels on a regular basis. Hit and miss if you got a towel.

The hotel had a great lobby area. The rooms were clean and just like the pictures on booking.com. Security men at the barrier at the main road were very friendly and welcoming.
The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent and a shout out to the male member of housekeeping who was hard of hearing (deaf) he was very nice.
Bar staff were pleasant.
The security on the hotel front was non operational. There was a security man on the door but no bags were screened and nobody was checked although they had all the equipment in place.
The reception staff were unhelpful and there was no good customer service from any of them, despite there being maybe 8 of them behind the desk. Very unwelcoming. When asking for a taxi the girl behind the reception told me to organise one myself or I could get one at the main road.

We had a great stay....everything was perfectly fine...food was good..buffet spread for breakfast was good....Checkin and checkout was smooth....Front Office team was very helpful..........All good...we will surely recommend this property

The bathroom doesnt have ventilation so the room ended up smelling or feeling humid. At breakfast all lobby smells like condiments really strong and i felt like i was about to throw up. I eat in the restaurant inside the hotel and room service and i got food poisoning ended up spending a full day in a hospital

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and it was great.
Rooms were a bit small and the shower cramped, it would be great for a day or two but not longer. Location wise it's a bit far from the tourist locations. We had an issue with the Ibis tour company inside the hotel and had a horrible experience with them so we don't recommend that service, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. The management team handled the situation with care and tried their best to resolve our issues.

1. Location is civil lines, near to central jaipur hang out place
2. Bfast options are good

Staff was nice and helpful but this is not the only things that we expected to get from the hotel chain
The room have a smell / room not cleanliness still have some hair on the floor or even in bed. My friend room have a drop of blood on bed sheet 😢 toilet have some mold also refrigerator not freeze

The rooms were excellent, spacious, and truly comfortable. Loved the way the staff handled us and I would really suggest ibis to my friends traveling to Jaipur.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff and top notch hospitality. From checking in to checkout you won't feel it like any other hotel all staff are well trained and prompt in service. I would like to mention some names Aakanksha from reception and Anjali and her team from the restaurant are so helpful
