The property was absolutely beautiful and we felt as though we were alone the entire time.
The roads driving in are very narrow so make sure to come in from the left, not the right!

Beautiful property and the bed was extremely comfortable! Be prepared to walk a lot into town and taxis are hard to get to come to you. It’s a great experience though and everyone is very friendly.
There could have been more explanation about the 33 Euro charge and when to expect OR receive up front.

No other words than perfect! The location overlooking Florence is stunning, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous, greatly decorated and the hosts were really great! Not often you come to an apartment and it carries everything you need plus a little more. Great for nearby single track Mountain Biking and lots of restaurants nearby! The pool wasn't open yet as we travelled early May but we knew this when we booked.
Don't follow google for directions. Instead assure to follow the hosts directions :-)

Amazing picturesque location, not far from the main sites and city of Firenze, Florence.
Fruits and some breakfast items provided and coffee/teas
Due to the location not being in the metro centre, we did have some difficulty getting into town, which is no part of the owner but just a FYI.
Supposedly Uber was just approved to start operation again when we stayed, so there was no ubers around and taxis very limited.

We arrived late as we were travelling with children who became very hungry on route. The vendor contacted us and made sure we could get in. Fresh fruits and milk were a real bonus. Decor and view made for a very pleasant stay.
We loved everything. Only thing i would say is come up from the Settignano village side. The way we came was very narrow, even in a Renault Clio.

The location was great, rural enough to have a real break but easily connected to the city. We chose not to have a car so got taxis mostly which were realtively easy to get and Maria helped me! There is a local bus which will also take you to the city a few minutes walk away. The views are stunning of the city, you feel quite lucky to see it like that. Accommodation was really well appointed and the hosts have stylish taste, with nice touches like coffee and fruit etc. Have already been recommending to friends :)

Absolutely stunning views of Firenze
Pappataci in the evening - it was hard to enjoy sitting outside. Nothing the owners could do about (there were repellents set up inside luckily!)

I’ve extended the stay since it felt so good to be there. Imagine you have a tiny villa in olive groves and magnificent views. A pool in the back, lovely dogs running around, fruit trees. I am looking forward to coming back.
