great location, easy and quick communication via WhatsApp , the terrace unbeatable

for the price and the type of accommodation the mattress was not in a good state. very uneven specially at the middle, couldn’t sleep well. The fact of having to leave the trash outside the apartment down at the riviera is a bit unfortunate specially if you’re short in time in the morning of the check out. For the price I would expect they can just take the trash bag after the overall cleaning.

The apartment was stylish and modern, clean and located close to the beach and many tapas bars. The shower and kitchen were perfect. The Aircon and Wi-Fi were very good. It felt very safe and in a good area.

The toilet was faulty, but the maintenance came to fix it on request. The bed was uncomfortable and only one pillow.

We stayed for three nights and could imagine spending here more time if available. Apartment looked same as presented on pictures. Getting to apartment was super easy. We communicated with the host via Whatsapp without any issue. PIN code front door. Apartment was clean and kitchen corner functional with ample amenities. Superb shower. Free access to building roof area with sofas. In general the apartment location was very convenient.

There was occasional noise coming from local bar below apartment, nothing serious. Bed could have been made with single mattress. Weak toilet flush. My spouse would appreciate more light in front of bathroom mirror. Wooden window shutters did not block sunlight fully. Mere details.

upper level loft not appropropruate for anyone over 5ft6in tall as you cannot stand upright. staircase to loft also bare metal with ridges that were very uncomfortable to walk on barefoot

At first this looks like a very nice apartment, managed well. After our stay we were unfortunately surprised by not getting our deposit completely back. At arrival the iron supplied looked burned and there were holes in the cover of the ironing board. A new iron was quickly there, but after not even completely heated up I burned this iron immediately. The reason was the cover: which sticked to the iron, with my brand new shirt in between. Ruined. SitgesGroup now charges me €25 for a new cover. I find this insane, as their equipment wasn’t up to the task and the aftercare in handling this is even more ridiculous. My shirt? They don’t seem to care. So I have to advice you not to stay here. Let’s be fair: the location is great, couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment looks great, but the used materials are cheap and a bit worn down. The walls are paper thin: despite the usual street noise (always in Sitges), you can hear your neighbors talk, hear every word. Something seems to be off with the air vents as they transfer every sound. Normally I wouldn’t be too worried about this, as I just sleep there and be out for the rest of my time. But after such surprises, I have to be honest. Cleanliness is my last suggestion to improve: dust everywhere and the shower wasn’t too clean either. Furniture is damaged.

We are a couple in our mid 20s and this was such a perfect place for us to stay for a week. The studio looked exactly like the pictures. Modern and seemed to be newly refurbished. It was roomy with almost all the necessary facilities. Amazing location a couple of steps from the beach (Platja de la Fragata) which we visited every day. The cute little balcony was a great bonus. Quite sound proof when it came to street noise in my opinion and the AC was amazing to have. Loved the interior of the studio, but especially loved the shower and bathroom. The check in and check out was super smooth, we got the code from the Sitges group office and the staff there was so lovely and helpful. Super easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp also. Worth every penny.

Not sure the reason but the floor was a bit sandy and not the cleanest at our arrival. I think that it must have been an oversight as everything else was quite clean. We had a cleaning service during our stay and the floors were perfectly clean after that, so not sure what happened there. Would be nice to have a dishwasher in the unit we stayed in (I think it was one of few without). Also some small chairs on the balcony would be nice. Beds could be a bit more comfy. These are really small details which did not affect our stay at all. It was close to perfect!

Very beautiful property and excellent location.

Unfortunately no private balcony / terrace but there was one to share. Usually I never book properties with a check out time before 11 am. It is simply inappropriate. No napkins at all. It is not quite civilized and simply unhygienic and inconvenient.

The fantastic communication with the Kare No Apartments/Sitges Group - very responsive. The fact that we could book in and out online. The fact that it was a keyless operation. The location of the property- close to the beach restaurants and amenities. The cleanliness of the apartment. How well equipped the apartment was. How quiet the apartment was despite being in the middle of Sitges town Of course we would like to stay here again

Great location. Shower was good. Tea and coffee making facilities.

The property looked very different to the photographs. Little to no natural light. Two single beds pushed together instead of one double. Only two pillows on the bed with a €5 charge per additional pillow.

The beach is right there and the roof-terrace is fantastic

the location is excellent, right in the centre close to the beach but in a quiet enough street away from the noise

the apartment is basic, if you are looking for a nice clean room in a central location, then it’s perfect.

Location near the beach , bathroom with nice toiletries, self catering apartment, easy access to the building, nice roof terrace and easy to contact the apartment staff.

dining area on the second floor (loft) and no much light on the loft room, no sitting area on the ground floor (bedroom), balcony are plus but to small to fit even for 1 chair.

it was a little noisy, I could hear the conversation from the neighbors in the sjouwer 🤭 and the cleaning ladies wakes me at 8.30 while cleaning the hallway. you also hear the noise from the street, but that is part of finding a spot in the centre. for the bead a new topper could be helpful…

Great location and good facilities

We did not have a proper bed to sleep in as we had nothing else than a cold cold sheet to sleep in. In summer that’s fine but not in October. We were so cold.

The view. KILLER VIEW from apt #7, the illuminated bell tower of the 17th century church and to the right the moonlit waves of the ocean all on your private patio. Soft church bells rang on the hour.

The mattress was well worn in. Most European mattress are firm however the mattress bowed softly in the center from much use or little support below. The bathroom a small as it is was fine however the sink didn't drain properly and the shower head had no attachment to the wall making it difficult to shower properly.

There were tons of mold everywhere and smelled horrible at least the one I stayed in ground floor! I wouldn’t go back…
