地點、交通非常便利。

清潔感普通，浴室邊角有污垢，地板地毯角落有積塵的樣子。備品只有牙刷、刮鬍刀、梳子。

お風呂とトイレが糞尿臭く、部屋を替えてもらったが、そこも臭かった

가격 대비 깔끔한 시설. 넓은 욕실. 최고의 위치! 친절한 직원들 그리고 짐 보관 서비스. 후쿠오카를 또 가게 된다면 아마 이 호텔을 또 갈것같다.

방이 넓은편은 아니지만 다른 일본 호텔에 비하면 작은것도 아님.

The location is very good. Every shopping places is in walking distance. The entire hotel is clean with no bad smell. The room is spacious comparing with regular hotel in japan. The room and toilet is clean with no bad smell at all. The bed is comfort. The aircon is in good condition. The water system is perfect. The wifi is fast. The fridge is in good condition and clean with no bad smell. All staff are helpful.

First, Ms. Le is outstanding at front desk. Very professional and welcoming. A world-class employee to have. The room was exactly as I requested. High floor, away from the elevator, with a great view and an extra pillow. Perfect! This hotel did a great job listening to my requests. Loved the coffee and filtered water in the lobby and the dehumidifier in the room. The room was small but had everything you need, including a fantastic power shower. Location was fabulous. Very close to the metro.

There were several long black hairs near the bathroom sink when I arrived (not mine, I’m bald:), as well as black hairs on the bed, the desk, and around the shower. I don’t like to complain, but the housekeeping team should be more diligent in making sure the room is properly cleaned for incoming guests. Very unusual lack of attention by Japanese standards. The blinds in my room didn’t work and it was difficult to sleep because so much light came in. The staff were apologetic but there was no maintenance person on site to fix it (?) and I wasn’t offered any compensation whatsoever(complimentary breakfast for example?). I guess 990 yen was too much for the hotel to spare for a guest having a broken room. The only option given was to change rooms to a different floor, which would have been a huge hassle since I was already fully unpacked. The blinds were eventually fixed, 1 day before check-out. When a guest experiences such deficiencies during their stay, the staff should do more to make the guest feel comfortable and appreciated.

Hay una cafetería junto al hotel y hay un precio especial para huéspedes. Es muy correcto y el precio muy bueno para esa zona.

No puedo encontrar trabajo nada negativo.

駐車場は無いのはしょうがないですが、近くの提携先や、いくつか候補があって、値段とホテルからの距離を事前に案内するサービスがあっても良いと思います。
