Great location, great setup, owners super great hosts!

The home is absolutely beautiful. Great for a weekend trip with the girls or a whole family get away! Hosts were wonderful. Center location to everything Galveston!

Great property!

The house is very close to the things we wanted to see/do. House just as nice as the pictures, the neighborhood is definitely growing. We loved the porches and especially the pool.

We really enjoyed the house and the location -- just a quick walk or trolley ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kiddos loved the heated pool and large dining room table where we were able to all eat together and play games as a whole group. We also enjoy the wrap around porch and grilling area.

This was the perfect home for our Galveston ladies' weekend. It is even better than the pictures. We couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness, layout, spaciousness, decor, communication, and location of the home. It was close to everything. The pool and patio are gorgeous and we enjoyed them all weekend. Coffee and conversation on the lovely front porch were an added bonus. I highly recommend this home!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was in a perfect location to accommodate all our eating needs and entertainment needs! The house was very spacious, clean and organized! We really look forward to doing business with the hosts again!

We were a group of staying in Galveston for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, inside and out and was more than spacious enough for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room accommodated all of us. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and was even able to utilize the warm pool on a chilly night. Very pleased with this home and the prompt responses from the owner. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit.

The gouse was super easy to find and located in just the perfect spot. A short drive to the strand, and a small walk to the Beach. Upon arriving we were super impressed with how the house was decorated and all the room avaliable for people to sit comfortably. There is a huge dining room table perfect for a shared meal with the family or an evenjng of board or card games. Outside there is a beautiful pool (heated for winter) along with plenty of seating from tables to eat at or a chair to lounge in. There is a beautiful grilling area with several bar stools to sit at and watch the cook in the family. Our most favorite spot was coffee on the front porch every morning gathered with the family. All the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and there were plenty of blankets and pillows! I have 0 complaints about this property. I suggest everyone looking at this house to rent, you must. The home was phenomenal! It was super clean and the kitchen was super functional and very spacious! The large dining room table was fantastic and the heated pool was fun by all. It was a short 5 minute walk to pier. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again!!

We spent Thanksgiving here and it couldn’t have been better! The house is gorgeous, you can tell there was a lot of thought and detail put into the remodel and upkeep of the home. The property manager responded to my emails within minutes. There were 13 of us (four branches of a family) and we all fit perfectly in our bedrooms. My branch is five people so the queen bunk beds with a queen trundle was amazing. The house was fully stocked for our meal prep and cooking. We were walking distance to Pleasure Pier and several restaurants. I would highly recommend this home!

Very nice house

We were a group of 12 lifelong friends celebrating birthdays of 4 gals in our group. We’ve been doing Summer trips since 2010. We had a blast at this property - the pool was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and so easy to cook in and the large dining room was perfect! I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay in Galveston!

This property is great! We had a lovely time. Very spacious! Great pool. Loved that we could park a huge truck and 2 SUVS behind the back gate, so they were safe at night. Did not have to park on the street. Love that simple things, like linens and paper products were all provided. Highly recommend this property for your family stay.

My wife especially enjoyed the decor. We all spent a lot of time together at pool. Great place for larger family to get together.

This house was just beautiful and we loved the location! Great walking distance to the pier/beach and the backyard area is absolutely amazing! We even loved the front porch seating area. We sat there in the morning enjoying our coffee! We definitely recommend this house! We made some great memories there.

Our family had a wonderful stay here!!! We had 4 families stay with kids and there was plenty of space. The house is beautiful, clean with a cozy bra by vibe. The beds are very comfortable and the house stays nice and cool. The pool is perfect and the kids and adults had a blast splashing in it. The wrap around deck is perfect for lounging, dining and outdoor grilling. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and felt very safe. Can’t wait to go back!

Great property! Very clean, house was well stocked with everything needed, more than most rentals I’ve stayed in. Very easy check in process, property owners very prompt with responses. It was also great having a pool to come back to after being at the beach all day with the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with kids/big family’s, it’s perfect!

The pool was a wonderful way to keep all the grandkids busy. They actually said they wanted to stay at the house versus going back to the beach one day. The house was clean and large enough for 3 families. We will definitely be back!

This is the second beach house we have stayed in from the same owners. We usually stay at another house of theirs every year and decided to try a different house this year and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all the accommodations you would need. We plan on booking again next year. Thanks so much for a great time and stay!

We loved the house !

The house is perfect! The location is spot-on, the house was so clean & the owners had our best interest in mind with the kitchen, bathrooms, everything!

The house was great and very clean. It is in a great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The property line is odd, the neighbors have a direct view of the pool. It was a bit uncomfortable. Overall it was as listed.

It was a beautiful beach house with a lot of room for several people. It is about a 2 minute walk from the beach which is a huge plus since you have to pay for parking near the beach. It was also extremely clean and it felt very welcoming. I would definitely recommend! :)

Great home

We rented this house for Mother’s Day weekend and it was perfect! There were 8 women and we all fit comfortably. The house and pool were perfect as was the location to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

We utilized the home for our 6th Annual Girls Weekend and it was fantastic. There were a few hiccups but nothing that would stop us from rebooking. We loved everything about the home. Be aware that the neighbors can see directly into the backyard and pool from their upstairs porch area. Also, a guest from our party parked in their driveway (unwittingly, because the numbers on the fence matched our house numbers) and were informed we couldn't park there. We fit four compact(ish) vehicles in the gated driveway and, after the discussion with neighbors, a vehicle in the street outside the front door. I sent the property manager a message through VRBO and did not receive a response. A week later, I sent another message via VRBO and, after a few hours didn't have a response. It wasn't until I got in touch with the owners via a mutual friend that the property manager replied to my second inquiry. When I did speak to him, he was courteous. During our visit, we had a problem with gnats in the kitchen. They were everywhere. After leaving, we informed the property manager via text. The standalone beds were phenomenal. So comfortable. The three women sleeping in the bunk beds/trundle beds were not as vociferous regarding their comfort levels but said they could make do for the weekend. The house is decorated perfectly for an upscale beach house and we appreciated all the details we found. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
