The location and the view.

Problems with drainage and plumbing in the bathroom. Bad was uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing.

Excellent value for money, 20 mins walk to the castle downhill ( but up hill on the way back ). Big and nice rooms looking directly at the castle island.

could do with a bit of maintenance to make the hotel look a bit nicer but all in all a very nice stay.

We had a beautiful view of the sea from the room They had little touches in the room that were complimentary and appreciated such as clothes line to hang small items like bathung suit , small bottle of hand sanitizer, coffee and tea with a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and we felt we got good value for the money.

A very warm welcome by staff as soon as we arrived who continued to be super helpful throughout our stay in Monemvasia with tips on best traditional places to eat, beaches to swim and places to explore. Complex is very clean both internally and externally. Room was clean, serviced daily and we got exactly what we booked. Laundry service provided which was reasonably priced and reliable. Wifi connectivity was excellent.

We really have no negative comments to make but if we were being picky, we would probably say breakfast options were a little limited but the food on offer, particularly the hot food was amazing!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean, bigger than usual hotel rooms. View was also great, right on the rock Monemvasia. Breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Panorama very much.

Good location for Monemvasia

The room was spacious and very clean. We slept well on the beds, with blinds that were completely light proof. The team running the place were kind and friendly, and really went beyond the call of duty when I left my computer charger behind, by couriering it to my next hotel. Parking is free and there's lots of it.

The location is brilliant, very close to the beach. Car park on site was very handy. The view of the beautiful ocean and mountains was great.

The showerhead didn't fit into the holder and it was awkward to shower while holding the showerhead. The room was much smaller than the pictures on Booking.com. The wasps at breakfast meant we had to sit inside. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the air conditioning wasn't the best - a light breeze!

Staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was spotless!
