aucune personne nous a parlé en francais petit déjeuner très simple de 8 a 10h jour du départ nous avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner car départ trop tot pourtant payer nous avons trouver étranche que dans l'hotel il n'y avait aucune documentations sur venise chambre très sombre interupteur ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain, le soir musique en dessous de notre chambre ont ne pouvait pas fermer les volets car casser

L'emplacement était excellent.

La qualité du lit. Nous avons très mal dormi car le matelas n'était pas confortable. Nous entendions également les passants dans la rue bien que nous soyons au 3ème étage.

The location was good and easy reachable to all main attractions. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and supportive.

I had to travel around the city with my bags as there was no one at the reception desk when I arrived to drop my bags and there were 4 hours before my check-in! The door was encoded and the code hadn’t been provided at booking.com chat box upon booking confirmation. Very uncomfortable and small bed with no bedsheets! The same blanket is being used by all guests which is not acceptable! It’s simply not hygienic. There was not even a cover on it! No kettle in the room and it wasn’t provided even upon request. When I asked for hot water, I was refused and this was disappointing.

La proximité avec le centre!

Établissement bruyant! Porte d’entrée que l’on entends à chaque rentrée et sortie de l’hôtel jusqu’à dans la chambre! Poussière sous le lit pas fait de plusieurs jours!

Very simple, but very enjoyable, near the centre of Venice. Not many options in the breakfast but enough, fresh and tasty. Very pleasant people, always willing to help. If we ever return to Venice for sure that we will stay there.

Ubicación, cómodo, habitación amplia y desayuno ok por el precio ofertado

Aunque el desayuno estaba ok, había demasiada gente para el espacio y la disposición en la que lo ofertaban. El personal estaba intentando reponer todo el tiempo de forma muy amable pero se formaban colas todo el tiempo y era un poco caótico

The staff were very friendly, room was good, location couldn't have been better and the price was fantastic.

The hotel was well located, in the downtown of Venise. The staff is lovely and room are cozy and decorated in the Venise vibe (love the painting !)

One bummer for us was the breakfast which was not really great. But great coffee though !

Very central location. Only stayed for one night and it did the job fine. We found the hotel straight away but can understand why it is difficult. Woman at breakfast and reception man were both very nice!

Cozy little hotel in a good location. Basic room and a basic breakfast, but still better than I expected for the price.

The location has its ups and downs. It's close to St. Mark's Square, but somewhat away from public transport.

For double bed there was 2 smaller mattresses instead of 1 big and was not very comfortable

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very comfortable. It is perfectly situated 5 min from Rialto and 5 min from St Mark's Square. Perfect and I would recommend this highly to anyone.

Within easy access and short walk to St Marco piazza, Rialto Bridge, restaurants, shops, canals and vaparetto.

Very clean hotel/room. Room cleaning every day, nice but the same breakfast every day. The location was perfect. The Staff was very nice and helpfull. I reached the hotel later than I claimed during making reservation, but there was a sheet on the door with email and phone number for urgency, I called and in about 2 minutes that Miss showed up and we made a check-in 🙂 I can recommend that hotel! 🙂

Serving breakfast only from 8 was too late for me. But I guess for most people that's ok 🙂

Great location 3 minutes from the centre (st Marco), very well equipped and comfy rooms in "castle style". Hotel (or windows from the rooms) is located on a bussy street, but despite that inside was quiet.

Breakfast was not as good as in other hotels within this price range, but absolutelly sufficient. Hotel entrance is a little bit hidden, so firstly was hard to find.
