The property is a bit outdated, and probably needs an upgrade too. They put me on the street side level, so the noise from the street is a bit unbearable, so noisy with motorcycles and loud cars. But the staff are very friendly and attentive plus trying to help.

Room 107 & 108 are very noisy, they should have installed a double glazing glass. The air conditioning aren’t working very well too. Room 106 is a bit better.

Everything is old and No maintenance Bed sheets very hard and make disturbing sounds every time you move ( seems they are starched ) I booked a NON smoking suite, but the bathroom always smell of smoke coming from the AC duct in bathroom

The hotel staff were beyond expectation helpful, serving, etc. in hospitaliy. The food taste and range were good and value for money, including local food.

- we Booked the executive room for 3 people with Sofa bed and Breakfast. When we check in there is no sofa bed, just sofa! What a lie..The receptionist seems to be clueless! - room floor is still wet when we came into the room, good thing no one slip - overall hotel need serious renovation, no more santika clean & good hotel. Management better seriously think to sell the hotel if they cant keep up with the maintenance - when we got into bfast the staff insisted that it is only for 2 where we actually paid for 3 people. Same thing as sofa bed. - Central Air con seems to be dirty since we got runny nose & cough everytime we turn on the AC. We are really dissapointed with how Santika run the hotel considering this is one of the local brand which use to be good. Again, i urged you to renovate the hotel or just sell it. I didnt even want to give 1 rating, should be no rating at all..but no option on that..
