I had a fantastic stay at the Hollywood Hotel Sarajevo in early October! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and relaxing space to unwind. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly—from fresh pastries to local specialties, catering to every taste. The hotel's location couldn’t have been more convenient; a well-equipped mall was just a stone's throw away, making it easy to pick up anything I needed. Plus, the city center was easily accessible via the highway, taking less than 15 minutes to reach all the sights. Truly a top choice for comfort, convenience, and accessibility in Sarajevo!

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at the Hollywood Hotel Sarajevo was a faint smell that occasionally reached the rooms at the rear. It seemed to be related either to the condition of the nearby Željeznica River or possibly the hotel’s plumbing—I’m not entirely sure. However, this was a small detail and didn’t detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

Osoblje hotela je susretljivo i ljubazno. Sobe prostrane i udobne. Blizina raznih sadržaja.

Restoran i bife za doručkom bi mogli bolje držati urednim. Kupaonica lijepa ali lagano dotrajala.

Sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon, Klima + TV + Kühlschrank. Sehr guter Frühstück. Personal freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Parkplätze überfüllt. Es ist überhaupt kein ruhiger Hotel; man kommt sich wie im Orient vor.

Bin eigentlich keiner der schlechte Bewertungen schreibt, aber dieses Hotel hat nichts anderes verdient, leider! Gefallen hat mir nur die gute Lage, nähe zum Flughafen, Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Eine belebte und schöne Einkaufsstraße in 5 Minuten Fussweg Entfernung.

Personal extrem unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt ( anscheinend keine Lust zum Arbeiten), wollen nicht mal Fragen beantworten. Zimmer extrem dreckig und abgekommen, bei Ankunft hinter den Betten Verpackungen von Fast Food Ketten. Zimmerreinigung macht nur die Betten und tauscht die Handtücher. Bad wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht, nicht mal nach Anfrage. Das Freibad, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, gehört nicht mal zu der Anlage, Eintritt 8 Euro pro Person, Frechheit! Zusätzlich Sonnenliege und Sonnenschirm pro Person ca.7 Euro! Das Hotel ist mehr ein Einkaufszentrum. Mehr möchte ich nicht kommentierten, rate jedem einen Aufenthalt ab!

The property was a good value for many. Our room was clean and spacious enough for family with two children. Reach breakfast and tasty dinner. There is a tram station close to the hotel ( 4 min walk) which takes you directly to the city centre to Baščarčija. The staff is polite and willing to help. There is a big secured parking space in front of the hotel. Perfect!
