The facilities and comforts were quite good including the toiletries. The beddings were very comfortable. The lobby and sitting areas were very well done. The breaksfast was also excellent. The restaurant dining areas was also well laid and good choice of menu

The room needs some renovation as many areas were worn out and wall areas peeling, wodden areas old. Its some specific areas that need to be attended. over all comfortable rooms.

Good food. Very nice staff. They were attentive to kids and old alike.

A little more on kids menu. Maybe full day a few south indian dishes

all things are almost good. staff are very well behaved.

HOTEL HAD A NICE AMBIANCE AT RECEPTION . STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK IN THEIR SERVICES. FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY TASTY. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY GULABJAMUN :)

COSTLY FOR ROOM CHARGES AND ALSO AT RESTAURANT. HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ANY OPEN AREA AS SUCH BUT THE CHARGES ARE EQUIVALENT TO A 4 STAR PROPERTY. I PAID ALMOST 10K FOR DINNER, BREAKFAST AND 1 NIGHT OF STAY.

Good breakfast. Location excellent. Staffs were v nice.

Washroom was not v v clean. Water in wash basin coming out of basin.

Bed was comfy

Terrible food for a Western palate; mice in the dining room running under my feet; staff didn't understand English; housekeeping staff kept showing up at my room wanting to do random stuff...obviously wanting a 'tip'; credit card machine took 15 minutes to connect to Internet to run payment. Overall, way, way overpriced for what it was!!
