Room light and airy, overlooking garden, quiet and clean. Easy check-in, warm welcome, and friendly advice on what to see and do in Florence. Great location - everything I wanted to do was within 5 or 10 minute walk.

Plumbing! It took ages for the water in the sink to drain - but otherwise, perfect.

The location was great; it was very quiet but right next to everything. The balcony was a relaxing spot after a day of sightseeing, and the room was spacious and comfortable. They also let me check in early, which was appreciated. I would highly recommend!

This guesthouse is an absolute treasure in the heart of Florence. Beautiful and very specious rooms with a garden view and in my case a great balcony. Cleanliness was impeccable. Also, Federico was kind enough to allow a late check out upon leaving. Great value and would love to go back there again! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Relais Accademia. Perfect location (near the Duomo), spacious, beautiful room and a very friendly host. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!

The apartment was great , right at the center of Florence. Walking distance to everything within minutes, apartment was very comfortable a clean, highly recommend

Cozy and clean room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The location is great - near Accademia Gallery where Michelangelo's David is housed, and a few minutes walk to the Duomo. Loved breakfast at a nearby nice restaurant/bar. Federico's introduction to the city was very helpful, including recommended restaurants and pizzerias.

Soap and a couple of toiletries would have been good. Maybe a couple of glasses instead of cheap plastic cups... A decent sized TV.

The room was very clean, spacious and bright. I stayed in the room with a balcony which looked towards an interior garden and it was pleasant! Most of all the owner was very kind and helpfull! Although he doesn't stay in the property, he came ride away for the smalest problem. Besides, it's just a couple of minutes walk to the Duomo...

Shower was a bit small, but since I've checked many hotels before booking this one I think it is regular in Florance. So not really a con!
