Tirana hotel was a great experience. All the staff was so helpful, smiley, and very professional. Especially, the staff at the breakfast bar of the hotel were great, especially Rakela, but also other members of the team. Reception staff were great too!. Will, for sure, return. It was, overall, a very pleasant stay

Definitely the best hotel. It has amazing rooms, cleaned and very comfort ones. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect place for visiting Tirana because everything is nearby. I will return here always on my visits in Tirana.

Clean, location is perfect to get everywhere you want. It has it own private parking place. Breakfast was super good! Everyone is really kind and will help you to get informations what you need.I will recommend it , because everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and professional.

Nothing to be honest

The hotel and our room stunk of cigarettes, to the point it really aggravated my partners asthma, never experienced anything like this at a supposedly 4* hotel. All the amenities were really old and dated, nothing like the pictures on the website and things did not work. The staff were extremely rude from the moment we checked in, demanding we pay a deposit of 150 Euros "just in case I need to use room service", which is ridiculous and this was not mentioned on booking.com when I had prepaid the full price for our stay. They also wanted to try and hold passports for the duration of the stay when we checked in, which was very odd as they already took a photocopy, and I was reluctant to give it to them because I could see other sensitive documents in plain view and not secured away behind the reception desk on a shelf, documents and sensitive data were not stored away correctly and anyone could have access to them which was extremely concerning - this was not right! The staff need to get training and maybe go to Hospitality College, cannot emphasize enough how poor the service was! We were not greeted at breakfast and there was no service whatsoever, not even directing us to where to sit etc once we presented our room number. I could understand if they were busy but there was never more than 4 tables occupied. Considering the price we paid, this hotel is not worth it and from our experience we will not be going back. We were put on the 12th floor which every night around 4am, drunk men and women were up and down the corridors laughing, shouting and smoking - we did not get sleep any of the 3 nights we were there! The air con system did not work and was making us cough/ill, when we complained the receptionist said that it was out of their control instead of dealing with the matter. Honestly TERRIBLE, avoid at all costs.
