Great location, excellent facilities especially the gym and swimming pool. The staff is extremely friendly and they truly care about their clients, everyone there will do absolutely their best to help with you with anything you need. We are truly impressed by the service they provided and my son has been constantly reminding me of going back here again next year. It’s a great hotel in Yinchuan that provides ready access to the wine region while still being centrally located. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and spa are of a high standard. Bed is comfortable, and staff are all very friendly and accomodating. But the stand out reason to stay is the exceptional service provided by Markus as the general manager. He made us all feel extremely welcome, which isn’t that common while travelling in China these days.

Not a whole lot to do around the hotel but there are electric scooters parked around the left corner of the entrance (when leaving the hotel) that can take you to a number of places that aren’t too far away on wheels! Huacang cafe is one such gem which is about 10 mins away.

The breakfast buffet offers high quality food for chinese and western/international people. The bread is really exceptional. The Thai Restaurant for dinner is excellent and the beer in "Cafe Berlin' is one of the best I ever had in China ! The beds are huge (2m x2m) and more than comfortable. Congratulations to the Hotel Management + staff !!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is really outstanding, from receptionists to waiters up to the general management. Rooms are big, clean and cozy, breakfast is very good.

The GM Markus took personal care of us and made our stay a super success. He and his team recommended restaurants, wineries, and all of their recommendations were awesome. They were always extremely friendly and caring, and truly went the extra mile for us! Also deserving a mention: pool/spa area and sumptuous breakfast buffet!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Helpful too as for foreigner it is a bit challenging now to travel in China because of many registrations caused by Covid-19
