The food was fresh and preety diverse. The staff was nice and friendly. Fresh towels daily.

No vacuum cleaning and dusting in the room during our stay. The furniture was rather old and the wardrobe doors were hard to open and close. No private beach for the hotel guests. Insuficient number of sunbeds at the pool. Poor wifi network.

it was right by the beach . location was great . hotel staff were friendly and nice . ready to help . overall a great place to go for beach holiday . there are lots of shops too to walk to by the beach.

there was no heating at the hotel room and we asked if it can be turned on and they stated that there is no heating facility . it was quite cold for few nights . they gave extra blankets .

Location was good - right on the beach. The view from the room was indeed as described (good). Towels were changed daily (if you needed). No vacuum cleaning the room for my whole stay of 6 days ... :(

1. No parking available, and the price communicated by the hotel for the nearby parking was not real (a scam). The hotel's own parking is for around 35 cars to be very, very optimistic and although there was 1 spot available on my arrival, the security guy did not allow me to use it (my stay was for 6 days). Also the parking lot recommended by the reception in case they run out of spaces is more expensive (hotel's announced price for that one was 16 leva/day, parking lot representative's real price : 20 leva/day...so if you want to park within 200 m from the hotel, you'll pay 20 leva/day...around 10 eur/day). I have added a photo with the hotel parking 2. Elevators - they have 4, but they are really slow and for a hotel that big it is not enough. each trip with the elevator took around 5 min (waiting, stops and speed summed up in this period of time) 3. Pool - they never said it is shared with another 11 floors hotel - the Slaviansky. So, although it is very small and with very little space for chairs around it, you don't even get the whole thing. Also, the lack of any rules from the hotel regarding chairs reservations for the pool, lead to an issue with some tourists blocking chairs 24/7. They simply left their towels, toys etc. on the chairs for the whole vacation... Basically each morning, if you wanted a pool side chair (free according to my reservation), you had to take part in a "Hunger Games" episode, fighting either with your neighbors or the "enemy hotel" on the other half.... It is very disappointing and this is not my type of relaxing vacation. I've quit going to the pool from the first day. I have added a photo from my room. 4. Bathroom - very old style. Not "retro" old, just old. Kind of a dirty feeling to it. 5. Food - not great, not terrible. Same options (not too many) each day for 6 days...

Everything but...the food had no taste :( i had to try 5 kinds of food till i find that i cant eat anymore :))) The food was tastless but the rest was ok. I recomend it

The location was perfect. There was a good variety of food each day which was always lovely and fresh. The views were beautiful and it was a short walk (15 mins to the nightclubs etc). The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day.

The night time entertainment wasnt great to be honest. The same guy was there every night of our trip (7 nights). Despite being all inclusive, we felt the need to venture out to other venues for some entertainment, therefore, we incurred more spending than we anticipated. If i was to return to this hotel, it would be on the basis of more entertainment available and maybe a larger variety of cocktails. The pool is shared with the neighbouring hotel. It seemed the other hotel were allocated 70% of the sunbeds. This proved difficult in securing a bed for our group. We hadnt realised we weren't permitted to use the green beds (reception didnt inform us on checkin), until we were chased away by the neighbouring hotel, which was quite embarrassing!!

staff were extremely friendly. we stayed for a week and you really get to know the staff which is nice. location was ideal. right on the beach. just down the road from the town. price was great for an all inclusive. however we didn’t realise that the weather in june in sunny beach is not great! rained most of the time unfortunately!

the only thing was the food . was kind of the same thing every day. food wasn’t quite suited to all nationalities. usually all inclusives have a different theme every night. other than that everything was great

The head chef who runs snack time between 15-1600 was lovely. Room was always clean. Good Location. Beach just across the road, but have to pay for sun loungers

Low vegetarian options. Most staff in the restaurant were quite rude. More catered for older people. No entertainment. Very small t.v Pool is shared with sister hotel next door, so would be hard to get a sunbed if you don't put your towel down early.

The location was perfect. We had plenty of choices for all meals.

For the second year, the hotel was exceptional. Location is unbeatable, food was great, drinks were great, staff was friendly and polite and the beach was super clean. The room was not as big as the one last year, but it was normal size and it was very clean; cleaned every day actually, with bed sheets and towels changed every day. Quality/price is unbeatable and would always recommend this hotel as it offers everything for a great stay. Also, the COVID protocols were followed, especially in the restaurant where anyone without a mask would receive as many as needed for free.

The location is great. Rooms are ok as space or comfort. Very clean. This year (is our second year in a row) the food was better as quality and taste, and more diverse, good job.

A small lack of flexibility from the staff - the checkin is at 14 and we arrived at 12 - they keep us waiting till 14 sharp, not even 15 minutes earlier (not a huge issue)... The drinks weren't a high quality, but ok(ish).

It's a maxim 2* hotel. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay( for 7 days), we had spider webs in the room, filthy glasses and plates, the parking is paid with 16 leva/day but if you want to go out with the car you are either blocked by someone else or you no longer find a parking spot. In the bathroom the tiles were broken, warm water was a miracle, the wc was cracked

The hotel has about 1000 seats. I stayed 4 nights in room 412. Although it was not big, it had elegant furniture and all the necessary equipment in the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lots of food, tasty but given the large number of tourists I did not claim to be refined. The effort made by all employees to meet the requirements of the guests is to be highly appreciated. The concern of the hosts to avoid infection with Covid - 19 is also to be appreciated. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with fine sand. The seafront of Sunny Beach is pleasant.

The internet is very slow. The pool seen in the picture is shared with another hotel (Slavyanski), also very large. It is difficult to find free sunbeds. But the worst part comes from the guests. Indeed, there are hundreds of sunbeds on the beach next to the hotel. At 7 o'clock in the morning they are all marked with towels, although no one is at the beach. Practically the beach is for all the tourists of the resort, there are no places specially reserved for the guests of this hotel. The managers of the hotel must find adequate methods to prevent this thing.
