Large bright room overlooking pleasant pool area.

Was accused on check out of drinking water from the mini bar that we hadn't drank. Door did not lock. American Breakfast was straight from fridge, inedible as was so cold.Only 1 pillow per person. Light fittings very dusty. Looked as though its been a while since any guests and staff was out of practice being pleasant. Could be idea transit hotel from Phi Phi to mainland just needs tweaking.

The hotel is really nice, big, clean and comfortable room, cute swimming pool. The view from window also was amazing. We found nice cafe near for breakfast, because during this time, breakfast is not provided in the hotel. But that's ok.

we had some payment problems, because of bad connection with the bank, but everything was managed

We really enjoyed our stay at Tama Hotel. Hotel is really clean, staff is helpful and the area is quiet. Hotel provides a free shuttle buss to Ao Nang Beach tree times a day. If you need a motor bike rental, we sagest doing it at hotel (300 THB for 24h). We suggest trying out the restaurant in front of hotel, the food is grate and prices are really friendly.

The breakfast is moderated - there are only 3 options to chose from (American breakfast and 2 Thai breakfasts). If you are staying for more than 2 days, it could becomes a bit boring.

There were no protection near pool shower so our child sliped and fell down. Breakfast looked bad did not try. No lunch, dinner. Nearby coffeteria not recommended. There are othet Thai places around and cheap. Mattras like stone. Going to bathroom is dangerous because of the floor suddenly down.
