Nice location nice environment but bathroom is not well they no

I booked this hotel via booking.com but they have given the room which i booked for another guests. They put as payment at property on booking.com but payment should be settled to book a room otherwise room will be not available. liars

The way staff behave with us , we have some restriction like we should be in hotel before the 10PM , so we feel like we are staying in hostel and we had some really unconformable conversation with staff regarding the night out so they have to respect to guests

I have booked deluxe Family room (4 person) for My family. when I reached there they offered a room by saying one of best room they have charged for deluxe. It was economy triple room. mosquito net was useless. the zipper was broken couldn't close properly. you have to request the toiletries. access road not much good.

All the things were quality and friendly with kind staff. The place was near a town so easy to get food and stuff. Quiet area with no distractions. Attractive view from the balcony. The property owner was helpful. A clean tidy room with a clean bathroom with hot water. Can spend some quality time peacefully. Parking is available within the premises.

The road to the property was the minor issue, a bit broken, a small street with few bends. but can manage with a careful driver. It's not the property's mistake btw.
