Took a quick weekend trip of 3 couples. The townhouse was beautiful and well stocked. The neighborhood was great with lots of things within walking distance. Very close to Broadway as well. Overall, great trip and great hosts!

The home is very cute, comfortable and fitting for a medium sized group. If you’re looking for a daily workout, this is the perfect space for you! It has multiple levels (and stairs) and very close walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores. Wade and Chele are responsive in all communication. The stay was wonderful.

We had a fun, relaxing vacation! It all started with the easy check in. The owners were always available if we had questions. The house is beautiful and put together well. We had plenty of space for 7 of us. We enjoyed relaxing and having big breakfasts together in their spacious kitchen and dining room area. We also enjoyed having nice separate sleeping spaces. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and when we were ready to go to Broadway it was a quick trip. We enjoyed everything about this home and where it was located!!

We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs over the years and this was one of the very best. So much info to help ease check n and our entire stay. Three couples all had their own suites and the living-kitchen area was perfect for game night. Not to mention the spectacular rooftop deck. This property had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here should our travels bring us this way again. Hint: Maple Street Biscuit Co was our go-to breakfast. Within walking distance and soooo good! Lyft rides were plentiful and quite cheap! Overall it was all we asked for and more.

Property is lovely, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is a TH, so there are a lot of stairs, if that is an issue. Wade, our host, was very responsive and attentive to our requests. We enjoyed our accommodations and the city of Nashville for three nights.

The location of this property is just perfect for those who want to explore Nashville's attractions using Uber or Lyft. 5 to 10 minute ride to either Broadway or Midtown area. We loved that we could walk for coffee in the mornings. Anything you need is a short walk away right in the neighborhood, including some great dining options. This townhouse is super comfortable, clean and great decor! We appreciated having three very comfortable king beds and dedicated bathrooms for all three couples in our group. Two bedrooms are on the third floor, so we put our adult kids on that level and we took the main floor bedroom. Perfect for everyone's privacy, and we let the twenty-somethings do the stairs! The neighborhood is peaceful and we felt very safe. Great communication with the hosts. We'd LOVE to stay here again in the future.

A group of 5 stayed here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We could not have asked for a better place. The condo had everything we needed. I have stayed at a lot of properties and this one was one of my favorites. Great location, very spacious and comfy beds!! We all would stay here again.

We spent 4 nights here over last weekend and the townhouse did not disappoint! 3 sisters and their husbands stayed here. We each had a king bed in our private bedrooms with private baths. There is also a powder room on the main level. The rooftop patio was so relaxing and the kitchen, dining table and den areas were spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and also offered a wine refrigerator and wet bar! The furniture was comfortable but the beds were over the top! All were very comfortable mattresses, in fact one of us wrote down the brand and will be ordering one soon. Her husband is not easily impressed where hotel mattresses are concerned, but this was very upscale! We weren't quite sure about this when we pulled up, as you approach the home from the alley and all you really see is the garage, but we were soon very impressed as we entered the property. Definitely a "downtown" feel. You need to know that this is a townhome, and there are many stairs. One bedroom on the lower level that you enter on, and the others on the 3rd floor. We didn't mind though, as we all needed the exercise. The location is great. Just a 3 mile Uber ride to downtown. We were able to easily walk to Zanie's Comedy Club, Hattie B's Hot Chicken, as well as some cute shops and a Publix grocery store. Wade was very communicative and an excellent host! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This townhouse was beautiful and clean. It also was in a great neighborhood and close to downtown Nashville.

Went for a long weekend and the house was perfect for 3 couples. Great layout and space for everyone. Very clean and well stocked. Any questions we had were immediately answered by our hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautifully decorated and had all the kitchen equipment anyone would care to use. Nice glassware (important to me), nice dinnerware and flatware. Very happy with washer and dryer and accompanying laundry detergent. And very happy with the coffee and tea available. Comfortable beds and nice linen selection.

We were shocked and amazed at the quality of this unit. Truly as wonderful as any home. Did not spare any detail. If I could rate 5 out of 5, I would rate 7. You MUST be able to handle stairs.

The house was perfect for three couples!! The location was walkable to a few great shops and to coffee. AND a short uber ride to a night out. We would very much recommend Wade's home.

This house was perfect for us! All three bedrooms were big enough for each couple. Home was very clean,and had everything we needed for the week. It was only minutes away from Downtown Nashville. Great breakfast places within walking distance. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here if we were to come to Nashville again.

The townhome was exactly as described on the description and pics! Three couples and it was large enough to accommodate all of us easily. Location was within walking distance to grocery store and coffee shops. Safe neighborhood and a quick Uber drive to music row. I highly recommend this townhouse. The hosts have amazing response time as well.

This home was excellent, we were 3 couple that wanted 3 unsuites and each with king beds. This place delivered ( beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious) and the decor of this home was beautiful. Walking distance to amazing restaurants. Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if we come back The owners answered all of our questions. They were very helpful .

If I could give this a rating higher than a 5, I would! Wade was so communicative, flexible and helpful. The place was absolutely beautiful in a wonderful neighborhood a short uber ride from downtown Nashville! We enjoyed the coffee shop within a 3 minute walk each morning and relaxed in the rooftop deck each night. We would highly recommend this place and it made our first stay in Nashville so enjoyable! Thank you for the hospitality!

We were three couples and my priority was 3 beds each with own bathroom. This was perfect. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was perfect we were so comfortable. The location for us was great and we enjoyed every minute. We would for sure recommend and stay again!!

Adorable townhome in Belmont. Fun music theme decor and super clean! Short uber ride to downtown and an easy walk to some great restaurants and shops on 12th. We will defiantly book again for our next visit to Nashville!
