The apartment was very spacious and the terrace was very nice! Contact with the owner was fast
Apartment is full of staff like washing machine, but you can’t really use it, as it’s not even a one washing pod - you have to buy a full package yourself or remember to bring them with you! Also there were no trash bags in the apartment..

Parking was great and the location is in the center of Pescara. Room was big and clean with a nice terrace.

It is a nice small apartment with beautiful terrace. Has everything you may need. Clean. Instructions in English for self check-in were a bit confusing but we managed.
I didn't like the windows but that doesn't affect the functionality of the apartment.

Very central, next to bus stops, check-in easy and fast. Host is very welcoming and accomodating (we arrived early and we could drop the lagguage). The double glazing windows are very good and you do not hear any external noise. Air contitioning works well.
Maybe one small suggestion would be to change the mattress of the sofa bed that is rather thin and less comfortable than the main bed.
