Great location.

Cobwebs in room. And, vibration in the house due to the location being by a busy road.

1. Noises from every vehicles, including bicycle passing by could be heard even when the windows were closed. When heavy vehicles drive pass, the foundation of the whole building shakes. 2. Noises of drum beating from next door neighbour caused hell throughout my time in Newlyn House.

Had no complaints at all

I stayed at the house for 5 days while I was on a course. I liked the location, the downstairs bathroom was very modern and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. I thought it was great value for money.

The house is located on a very busy main road so the road noise of the trucks passing can be quite loud, also the next door neighbour sometimes knocks out a bit of drum practice. None of this was a problem for me and I had a lovely stay. However if you're very noise sensitive i'd take this into consideration.

Keys were in keyboard and instructions were clear.

The fact that the roof started leaking as soon as we arrived.
