Room was very clean. Lovely interior design. Exceptional service from owner and staff. They responded to our requests very promptly. Helped us to make restaurant reservations, picked us up at the train station and even assisted with the train bookings. They can communicate in English. Recommended us to many places of interest. Breakfast was very delicious with a wide variety.. High hygiene standard maintained. We had a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The people are friendly, and there’s free shuttle service to the train station which is very convenient ! Room is clean and spacious, has a bidet and bathtub. Just go to the balcony and you can see the sea !

Breakfast is perfect. Nice services. Snacks and drinks are serviced for free for 24hours. It's also very convenient to have some meals in the dining room, which is also open for 24 hours. Though its location is not near the city's downtown, the hotel provides shuttle bus service so this won't be a problem. We enjoyed our vacation so much. Not mentioned that the price of sea view room is such a good deal. I already recommended this hotel to all of my friends on my facebook. It's really worth visiting and staying here.

The hotel is very close to the beach and let you borrow bicycles for free. There's also a 24hr coffee bar with biscuits. Very thoughtful. Moreover, the view of the room is great, with direct acces to the wonderful sunrise. One can also go to the top floor for stargazing. Oh and most importantly, they provide service to bring you from Hualien Station to the hotel and back!

Buffet breakfast has lots of options. A decent mix of western and Taiwanese food. The staff even made my daughter, who has food allergies, special eggs in the morning.

The hotel is great, located next to the beach. From the comfort of my balcony and window I can watch the sunrise and look at the sea for hours to end. I would love to stay at the hotel and visit the place again soon.

Amazing breakfast with vegan/vegetarian options, really friendly staff, plenty of parking, clean and comfortable rooms, free beverages & bike rentals, ample parking, and great sea location.

It was a bit far from Hualien city (20 minutes drive) so you would need a car.

The suite had a wonderful view over the ocean and was very clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a lovely hotel and we’d be happy to stay there again in future.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not warn us about or make provision for the lack of restaurant. The area and even in the city further out had very few places open. The hotel could make alternative arrangements, for example have people order room service.

Perfect location for the start of the KOM bike event. Very near the beach too. Family Mart conveniently very close by. Excellent welcome with perfect English spoken at the front desk and attentive help with luggage.

Room floor could have been a little cleaner: it was a little sandy (but not dirty)...but then, what do you expect so close to the beach.
